Implied Line – result of a former color with a structured edge giving definition to the former color that is right beside it.

Shape – a two dimensional area with a recognizable boundary.
Form – a three dimensional shape; have depth
Geometric – structured Organic – free flowing Box – a square with depth and
dimension
COLOR
Color – created with pigment Primary colors – a group of colors from
which all other colors can be made Secondary colors – a color produced by
mixing two primary colors Intermediate colors – a color that is a
combination of both a primary color and a secondary color

Complementary colors – are the colors on a color wheel that sit opposite of one another
Warm colors – have the look of fire and sunshine
Cool colors – have the look of water, sky, sea, and forest

Texture – how something feels; sense of touch
Real texture – actually feel how they look
Implied texture – appears to have a certain surface visually rather than true materials
SPACE
Space – the area in which an object exists
Linear perspective – objects that are farther away appear smaller
Vanishing point – objects up close are larger than objects that are far away
Aerial perspective – objects that are farther away appear fuzzier
Overlapping – objects placed on top of others appear closer
