Availability It is important to remember that flasks are not ready for immediate delivery. Usually allow about 6 months from the time of placing an order. Flasks are replated after orders are received and need time to grow. Orders are met in the order we receive them.

Payment Payment is to be made on receipt of invoice advising plants are ready to be delivered. Payment to be by cash, cheque or bank draught. We don’t accept credit cards. Cheques made out to W. Fitzsimmons. The description and expectations of plants in this catalogue are as accurate as possible. However this depends on the dominating parent and many other factors which can change the expected colour and flowering time. For these reasons we DO NOT give any warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied as to the plants description and/or expectations.

Freight & Delivery

All orders are freight extra and will be sent by Fast Way or Parcel Post unless prior arrangements are made to collect, etc. All orders are sent Mondays or Tuesdays.

Conditions of sale

If anything is wrong or there is a problem it is essential to notify us immediately upon delivery. Our limit is to refund or replace to the value of goods ordered in appropriate circumstances.

Deposit A deposit of 20% will apply on all orders from the date of replating.
