A family-run business, the company is now a successful and leading SME in the field of precision micro-turned parts manufac- turing with a workforce of over 100 collaborators. WORK ETHICS AND COMMITMENT With a strong foothold in the area of Neuchâtel, Codec regards its human resources as its most valuable asset. We have committed ourselves to training the local youth through apprenticeships and vocational training schemes, whereas we have been constantly investing in continued education and taking care of our employees’ well-being so as to improve our performances, reduce our costs and offer competitive products. Codec’s Tool Department is at the cutting edge

of quality and precision and works constantly

on improving our manufacturing processes so

as to deliver the products that will best suit our

customers’ needs. Our maintenance service’s

capacity for prompt response, flexibility and

know-how are guarantees for you of high levels

of productivity.

S E T- U P S

Our customers can rely on 220 high-performance

Escomatic and Codec machines. We manufacture

workpieces by thread-cutting, without ending

with diameters ranging from 0.20 to 6.00 mm

for a maximum lenght of 300 mm. Codec pro-

duces batches starting from 1000 up to several

millions of parts.

T U R N I N G

Codec is a supplier to all types of industrial sec-

tors all around the world. We use every type

of cuprous materials ( brass, bronze, copper,

silver nickel, etc…), steels ( quenchable, stainless,

etc…) and aluminium. Quality and excellence

are the main criteria that allow us to satisfy our

customers.

O P T I M I S E D Q U A L I T Y

Codec delivers an optimised workflow that is

constantly monitored by ISO 9001-2015-certified

control processes. The combination of our teams’

F I N I S H I N G

Codec can guarantee a top quality finish thanks

to its automated washing facilities, an efficient

polishing section and a number of contractors

specialised in thermal and surface treatments.

On demand and based on predefined criteria,

parts can be specifically sorted out to achieve

“Zero Defect” quality.
