ii. Call date on both bonds is Febru-ary 1, 2017 - 2 years out
iii. There needs to be at least a 3%savings for refunding according to StateLaw in advanced refunding
iv. With current projections, includingbuilt in costs, there would be a 5.67%savings
v. It would be beneficial to advancerefund if Council thinks that interestrates will go up by more than 0.35% inthe next two years - Northland Securitiesrecommends that interest rates will morethan likely go up by at least that amountin two years.
vi. Actual savings, including all builtin costs, are currently projected at$220,000
