B) George Eilertson of Northland Se-curities reported on:

i. Opportunity to advance refund/refi-nance the 2007A and the 2009A bonds

ii. Call date on both bonds is Febru-ary 1, 2017 - 2 years out

iii. There needs to be at least a 3%savings for refunding according to StateLaw in advanced refunding

iv. With current projections, includingbuilt in costs, there would be a 5.67%savings

v. It would be beneficial to advancerefund if Council thinks that interestrates will go up by more than 0.35% inthe next two years - Northland Securitiesrecommends that interest rates will morethan likely go up by at least that amountin two years.

vi. Actual savings, including all builtin costs, are currently projected at$220,000

Nopublic comment was given. Public hearingwas closed at 7:40pm.

Ordinance #168 - 2015 Fee Sched-ule - 2nd Reading - Majerus moved toapprove, seconded by Berquam. Passed5-0-0.

Administrator Boulton presented the2014 Wanamingo Outstanding Indebt-edness Report. The report includedinformation for the City of Wanamingoand Wanamingo EDA. The report hasbeen submitted to Goodhue County Ac-cording to the MN State Statutes.

Mayor Holmes presented theWanamingo Maintenance Staff with anaward from the Centers for Disease Controland Prevention and the Minnesota De-partment of Health for 2013 Water Fluo-ridation Quality Award.

The City Council Members took partin photos for the newspapers, City website,and the City Facebook page.
