PROCEDURE 1-Patient in lithotomy position. Espose the corpus cavernosus of the clitoris. 2-Perform an inciscion in the coorpus cavernous. And perform a funnel. 3-Diale the proximal corpus Cavernous owith filators 2 to 5mm. 4-Dilate the distal corpus cavernous with Hegar dilators drom 2 to 5 mm. 5-Measure the length of the corpus cavernous. 6-Cut the implant ZSI 100 D4 to the correct length. 12cm (METAIDIOPLASTY)

II. PROCEDURE
1-Patient in lithotomy position.Espose the corpus cavernosusof the clitoris.

8-Inject antibiotics in corpuscavernous and introduce theZSI 100 D4.
9-Places the cable of theZSI 100 D4 in the distal part formetoidioplasty to be malleable.
10-Suture the incisio.
13-Make the scrotum. 15-Final result aftermetoidioplasty construction.
11-Perforn the urethra. 12-Close the metoidioplasty.
14-Suture the scrotum.
