What if we could eliminate sewage?
A new innovative Greentechnology will revolutionizethe treating and disposing of sewage. The ThermalTreatZero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) will eliminate the needfor large holding tanks and dumping, freeing up addi-
tional storage spacefor water or cargo.No more pollutingthe environment withpotentially haz-ardous chemicals.The system is small,
lightweight and uses no chemicals. It produces no odors,liquid, or sludge!
How does the ZLD system work?
The ZLD system uses a tank as small as 5 gallons, de-pending on the application. It grinds and dissolves thesolids in the liquid. The ZLD pressurizes the liquid andinjects it into the hot exhaust gas of the engine, all un-der computer control. Steam and negligible minerals leavewith the hot exhaust gas.
Because it is a thermal process, the system is a quick startand stop system. The ZLD processing unit without thetank is approximately 12 x 18 x 24 and weighs un-der 100 pounds. A unit this size can process 200 gallons
per day depending upon available heat. The ZLD is anautomatic, mobile sewage elimination system and usesthe waste heat from the engine exhaust to eliminate thesewage with no liquid discharge or sludge to dump.
