Hydraulic Machinery; Established in 1964 in Istanbul, Turkey, operating in the manufacturing of hydraulic presses, has been the pioneering company of the industry.

owing a mere 10.000 m² manufacturing area in a land of 35.000 m² in Hadımköy, Istanbul, exports high quality hydraulic presses to over 35 different countries worldwide.

with the expertise of 54 years of work, produces presses ranging from 70 to 7000 tons, in various press-ing operations such as deep drawing, blanking-punch-ing, forming-embossing and other hot operations for rubber, silicon, melamine-urea and other high resistance composites such as smc-bmc, bulletproof Kevlar and polyethylene. Özkoç has been the inevitable address of solution seekers in their pressing needs as well as the

benchmark of the R&D.

Although makes standard hydraulic presses in regular fashion, it is known for custom – tailored design and automation. The process starts from the die/mold , followed by the design of and technical configuration of the press based on individual clients requirement.

Afterwards mainframe and Hydraulic system is being designed, manufactured and assembled. Electric cabin design and assembly, PLC and HMI programming.

All above is done in house by expert team.

All these different disciplines and engineering skills are integrated under the same roof since 1964.

Double Action Bottom Effective Deep Drawing Press

It is advantageous when aconsiderably symmetric shapeis deep drawn fast.

Oppositely to the conventionalway, the blank holder is theram and the bottom isthe punch.

The result is upto 30% efficiency.
