Window pane areas of up to 18 m2 can be shaded with a textile sun screen unit. zipSCREEN can withstand wind speeds of up to 90 km/h! The system may only be installed directly in front of the façade in a vertical position.

zipSCREEN® – Transparency and protection

The zipSCREEN textile sun screen is truly multitalented. When mounted in front of the window, it reflects a high degree of direct sunlight, provides privacy during daytime, while allowing light to enter.

The most important distinction compared with other sun pro-tection systems: The screen is guided along the sides over the entire height and is therefore able to withstand strong winds. The fabric is kept under tension which prevents any creases from forming.

The top box can hold textile for windows up to 6 m high or 6 m wide (max. curtain area 18 m2). The so-called bottom rail can be retracted entirely.

You can also use zipSCREEN as an insect screen. The all around seal keeps pests outside.

zipSCREEN rolls up into an extruded aluminium box. It is available in different shapes (round, square, and built-in).

zipSCREENs and rollSCREENs can reduce insolation by up to 75 %. They are exterior mounted, and therefore considerably reduce indoor temperatures and provide a comfortable indoor climate on hot days.

rollSCREEN® –Creating light and shade

Simple and functional: The new rollSCREEN!

The bottom rail retracts entirely into the box. As opposed to zipSCREEN, the bottom rail pulls the curtain and keeps it under tension at all times.

The box can hold textile for windows up to 3 m high or 4 m wide (max. curtain area 8 m2).

rollSCREEN can also be crank-operated instead of using the standard electric control.

rollSCREEN is available in the same box forms as zipSCREEN (round, square and built-in).

The fabrics do not only differ in colour and structure. Special properties in terms of heat transfer and translucency should be considered when making your choice. Always ask your specialist for original samples.

The material from which dream designs are made

The textile sun screen makes it possible to create really beautiful designs! The visible aluminium components can be powder-coated in almost any desired colour. This surface finishing is particularly resistant and extremely colourfast.

The textile curtain consists of a specially treated weave that filters out a great deal of harmful UV radiation. The choice is yours, from among the more than 140 colours.

ROMA sun screen – Excellent design

Harmonious shapes: In combination with roller shutters or sun screens—you get the same appearance but with different functionalities.
