Enrichment) (O3 concentratioan target at 50% above ambient)
Test indexes : effective nitrogen (NO3--N and
NH4+-N) , effective phosphorus, effective
potassium in cornfield soil and the N, P, K in wheat plant.
Sampling time : seedling stage (2009 December 16),jointing stage (2010 March 11), heading stage (2010 April 16), filling stage (2010 May 11) ,maturity stage(2010 June 2)

ammonium nitrogen, nitrate
nitrogen in the cornfield soil The nitrogen trend in the soil of FACE is
basically similar with Ambient, Before the filling stage are decreasing. After the ozone treatment, the content of ammonium nitrogen in soil is reduced before maturity,In maturity, the soil content of ammonium nitrogen have increased than no treatment;
By ozone treatment,soil nitrate nitrogen content increased in the seedling stage and the maturity stage, decreased in other stage.

Effect of elevated O3 on effective phosphorus, effective potassium in the cornfield soil
1)After ozone treatment, the effective phosphorus were significantly increased. Before the maturity stage, in the treatment and non- treatment phosphorus′ change is similer,In the mature stage, after the ozone treatment, the available phosphorus content of cornfield soil is much higher than the levels of ambient soil.
2) After the ozone treatment,effective potassium content in soil increased in the seedling and jointing stage,;from the heading stage, the content of potassium in soil lower than the non-treatment.

nitrogen (N)1 ) The nitrogen content of wheat
plant changed similer between FACE and Abient. After the ozone treatment, the nitrogen content of wheat plant increased in the three stages 。

rise,P added in wheat straw and kernel, phosphorus content in wheat shell decreased.
potassium (K) After ozone concentration
rise, K increased in wheat kernel, and achieve high significant level(p < 0.01), decreased in wheat straw and shell.
