Dear Sir,

With reference to your discussion with Managing Director and further to your quotationdated 25

thJuly 2014, we are pleased to place the work order 9.7% abovethe estimated

cost of BOQ.

Terms &Conditions: -

1. Rate is inclusive of all taxes except S.T& LBT Accepted.2. Rate is inclusive of fixing at site.3. Material should not be rejected in Lab while testing and if the same shall be

returned without any liability on us.4. Material shall compulsory follow I.S. Standard& Approved by NMMC or

consultant or architect.5. R.M. @ 5% shall be deducted from each R.A. Bill. Same shall be returned after

completion DLP period i.e. one year from the handing over.(not accepted) CantChanged this as per our company policy

6. Manufacturing Test Report is to be provided along with material.7. You shall carry out the work as per the drawings and specifications furnished to

you; and to the satisfaction of NMMC,and at agree time schedule.8. The above rates are not escalated free up to March 2015.

Running account bills shall be prepared by you and submitted to MRIPL aftercertification done with NMMC and you shall be paid your certified amount within 10-15 days. We are enclosing the unit rates, in form of Annexure-A, at which your R.A.Bills shall be prepared based on the certified quantities by NMMC.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

1. Mobilisation Advance 10%2. Material at Site 50%3. Installation 20%4. Commissioning & Handing Over 20%

TAXES:

All taxes are included in the rates mention in BOQ except Service Tax. You shall be

exempted to S.T. for this project. If there is any liability of service tax, MRIPL shallbe fully responsible.

Approximate BOQ is attached separately with this work order(provide BOQ).

We hope the above work order is as discussed and agreed terms. Please return onesign copy of this as a token of acceptance at earliest.
