Achieve $1.1 million in year to date orders for 2015. • 60%-80% travel to successfully engage customers for the entire Provence of Alberta except Calgary • Extensive knowledge of boiler, feed tanks, steam distribution system, clean steam generation, flash steam, superheated steam, steam traps, condensate return system, heat recovery systems, pipeline ancillaries, process heating, domestic hot water supply & return, pressure and temperature control regulators, pumps, troubleshooting and various related packages to provide a complete sustainable solution • Calling on contractors and Engineering consultants segment to identify client's priorities during design phase of new and existing industries • Proven history of working with OEM’s and distributors and be the preferred vendor for maintenance and turnkey projects • Ability to interpret mechanical drawings in order to bid projects and prepare sales call to assist with closing • Designing and drafting of 2D and 3D mechanical drawings using various platforms such as AutoCAD and Inventor • On site commissioning of packaged systems and ensure successful startup during implementation phase of projects • Preparing & presenting lunch & learn seminars with Engineering to promote energy efficient solution with steam and all its related fluids • Knowledge in the field of instrumentation related to control and metering • Perform Steam energy audits and inspections. Validate energy losses with proficient use of Steam trap surveys and leaks • Strong negotiation skills by identifying customer’s priorities and delivering results by designing, sizing and selection of engineered equipment within customer’s limitations. Strong problem solving skills to develop effective solutions for complex problems • Identify key accounts within individual sales territory, allocate sufficient time and resource to these accounts to develop an action plan and maximize KPI sales for each account. Develop a plan to structure sales calls on specified focus accounts. Strive to service as much of Alberta as possible using traditional Spirax Sarco sales methods. Generate and maintain account profiles for all focus accounts • Maintain Spirax Sarco’s CRM database and identify potential steam users within the individual sales territory broken down by market segment to achieve maximum return on investment • Track record of exceeding targets on continual basis by selling company value proposition to build strong customer relationships, business development, closing new business, yield customer loyalty and repeat sales • High level of communication to promote services to sell to all levels within an organization.
