part of their time in one or more trainingcourses because it is possible to greatlyincrease efficiency during an installationthroughthesecoursesand,atthesametime,make it perfectly compliant with currentregulations.ZCS training courses of normally includebothgeneralandtheoreticalpresentationsaimed at the technical knowledge of theinvertersandpracticalexerciseswith“openinverter” aimed at the explanation of allproduct features, thevariousapplications,the installation and commissioningprocedures, programming, maintenanceandfaultidentification.The courses are open to all operators inthe sector and are not limited to technicalprofessionalfigures.

SPARE PARTS AND ACCESSORIESThe general settings, meaning the normalprocedure in the event of a fault, for theZCS Azzurro inverter is to change thefaulty inverter and replace it with a new orregeneratedone.However, there may be cases where it iseasiertochangesomeaccessoriestorestartthewholesystem.Thisisthecaseofthefantrayinthree-phaseinvertersorofthebatteryconnection cables in the accumulationsystems.The listofavailableaccessoriesandspareparts isavailable inourprice listsandthepartscanbeorderedfromourdistributorsin the same way that the inverters areordered. ZCS keeps all accessory andreplacementparts instockand, therefore,they are normally available for immediateshipment.

mAINTENANCE - WARRANTY EXTENSION- UPDATES - RETROFITThe ZCS Azzurro string inverters do notrequire any particular maintenance worksince, in general, a faulty inverter is alwaysreplacedbyanewinverter.However,astheexpectedinverterservicelifeisaround20years,anannual inspectionofthegeneralconditionsofeachinvertermaybeadvisable.ZCS offers this type of service at very lowpricesandconditionsbothduringandafterthewarrantyperiod.

Contactourofficesforanestimate.During each inspection, the goodoperation of the inverter will be checkedby measuring the efficiency and checkingalltheparametersusefulforthelifeoftheunit. Inaddition,themachinesoftwarewillbeupdated, if theunit software isnot thelatest release and a report will be issuedthat certifies the result of the inspectionvisit.

REPAIR AND REPLACEmENTFaulty inverters can be replaced by a newinverterorareconditionedinverter.ZCS uses partner companies to bring theAzzurro inverters back to their originalconditions.This process, which we call reconditioning,brings the inverter back to the originalconditionsofperformanceandefficiency.Reconditioningincludesatotalinspectionofthemachine,completecleaning,inspection,analysisandreplacementofthecomponentsto be replaced. The reconditioned inverterissubjectedtoacompletetestcycleandissuppliedwiththeremainingwarrantyattheend of the ten year period of the originalinverter.

SERVICE PARTNERSZCS can intervene within 24 hours in anyregionofItalyandinanycountryinEurope.ZCS favoursaconfidential relationshipwiththe installerscalledtocallon itscustomersin the field, in the absence of an installerresponsible for the plant, ZCS guaranteescustomerservicethroughitsowndirectstafforthroughlocalservicepartners.
