Zare at Fly Trap is proud to present a special dinner honoring the Persian New Year, Norooz, the traditional Iranian celebration of Spring. The past four years we have celebrated this event with a family style meal. This year we are fine tuning the dinner and featuring a 7 course tasting menu inspired by the seven S’s or Haft-Sins. The Haft-Sins are symbols displayed on a table during Norooz that represent rebirth in the material and spiritual world. Our tasting menu is inspired by and will showcase each of the Haft-Sins.
