• This is a double room with two parts, one is for hand drawing and the other for CAD.

• The room has an oven for thermal treatments, a tensile test machine, a durometer, Charpy’s pendulum, equipment for testing magnetic particles, penetrating liquids etc.

PREDICTIVE MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE

We suggest different projects and we take part in them with TKnika, a Basque agency for innovation in Vocational Training. Because of that, we have recently bought two pieces of equipment for the maintenance area. One is a didactic machine with different assemblies and technically advanced components, assembly plans, didactic material etc. The second one is a vibration analyzer, with different training and specific software for vibration spectrums. This opens new roads into the field of predictive maintenance.

• Over the last few years, our Vocational Training has taken part in different projects to do work placements in companies in the EU.

• Some of our students do their training period abroad on our own Erasmus project (Bulgaria) and some others do their training period abroad in Leonardo projects, promoted by IKASLAN (Portugal, Italy…)

• Apart from our educational offer, we offer our students subsidized English courses, to make it easier to take part in those projects. In that way they get both work and life experience, which has always proved to be positive.
