DAY 1 - ZANZIBARTransfer for your extension to Zanzibar. Upon arrival you will be met at the airport and transfer to the Zanzibar Serena Hotel. Set in two historic seafront buildings that have been masterfully restored, the Inn fully exploits its grandstand view of the ocean. DAY 2 - ZANZIBARToday you will enjoy a tour of Stone Town in the old city, the cultural heart of Zanzibar. Little has changed in Stone Town in the last 200 years; it is a place of winding alleys, bustling bazaars, mosques and grand Arab houses, whose original owners vied with each other over the extravagance of their dwellings. Most of the houses that can be seen today were built in the 19th century when Zanzibar was one of the most important trading centers in the Indian Ocean region. The rest of the day is at leisure.
