We are also thankful to all of our readers for choosing to patronize these businesses that help support the papers. During 2014 we had a few changes here at the paper: most notably, I had to get glass- es! The years of staring at the computer have indeed taken their toll, but I guess that is just part of the business. This year we have been excited to add two more journalists into our newspaper family. Louisiana Press Associa- tion Award winning reporter Patricia Stall- man joined our team to focus on the Felici- anas and provide historical features, while in Zachary, Jen Bayhi-Gennaro came on board to help the Zachary Post keep an eye on the City Council and School Board. They join veteran reporter Ron Skains, whose fea- tures and interviews continue to entertain both the readers, as well as the participants in the process. Our highly experienced Ac- count Executives Ashley Evans and Geor- giana Walls continue to provide first-class marketing support and customer service for community businesses that seek to increase their business by advertising in the papers. Tina Adams also continues to produce the ads and graphics so many businesses have come to rely upon for their marketing needs. And as always for the past nine years… we still have all of our kids “helping” on pro- duction days! This special Christmas issue of the Zach- ary Post and Feliciana Explorer includes a feature we started eight years ago, and we hope that it has become a part of your fami- ly’s holiday traditions. We are delighted that Santa shared some of the letters from area kids with us for publication in this special issue. Enjoy this peek inside Santa’s mail- box. In this season, we wish you a Christ- mas filled with the wonder of the birth of Christ, the warmth of holiday spirit and the love of family and friends. Daniel Duggan Publisher

Merry Christmas! From the Zachary Post Team

The Duggan Family

Another year is officially in the books here at the Zachary Post and Feliciana Ex-plorer newspapers. It is hard to imagine that we have been doing these community news-papers for almost 10 years now, growing from a small hand distributed weekly paper into multiple papers mailing 33,000 issues a week throughout Zachary the Felicianas.

We continue to be thankful for the many blessings in our lives. Once again, the Zach-ary Post and Feliciana Explorer posted record-breaking prosperous years. We are so very thankful to our many advertisers, through whom we are able to provide the newspapers free of charge to everyone in our communities. We are also thankful to all of our readers for choosing to patronize these businesses that help support the papers.

During 2014 we had a few changes here at the paper: most notably, I had to get glass-es! The years of staring at the computer have indeed taken their toll, but I guess that is just part of the business. This year we have been excited to add two more journalists into our newspaper family. Louisiana Press Associa-tion Award winning reporter Patricia Stall-man joined our team to focus on the Felici-anas and provide historical features, while in Zachary, Jen Bayhi-Gennaro came on board to help the Zachary Post keep an eye on the City Council and School Board. Our highly experienced Ac-count Executives Ashley Evans and Geor-giana Walls continue to provide first-class marketing support and customer service for community businesses that seek to increase their business by advertising in the papers. Tina Adams also continues to produce the ads and graphics so many businesses have come to rely upon for their marketing needs. And as always for the past nine years… we still have all of our kids “helping” on pro-duction days!

“ I would like to express my gratitude for Buck Spencer’s professionalism and knowledge. Buck is very friendly and always willing to help. We have recently purchased several vehicles from Buck and he did an outstanding job in guiding us through the sales process. We do not particularly enjoy the process but Buck does an outstanding job in making it a good experience. I would highly recommend All Star and more specifically Buck Spencer.”
