*A zebras food is really dry.*Zebras eat a variety of grass.*They eat shrubs, herbs, leaves, twigs, and
bark.

What is a zebra?
*A zebra is a type of horse that lives in Africa.*Most zebras love when you pet them.*And zebras love attention.
Zebras love when you pet them.
What behaviors do zebras have?
*Zebras may sleep through the heat.*They also share big spaces with grass-
eating animals like: Wildebeests, Impalas, and Gazelles.*All of the zebras gather in herds that can
sometimes get very large.

How many types of zebras are there?
*There are three different types of zebras.*There’s a Plains zebra, a Mountain zebra,
and there’s a Grevy’s zebra.*There are over 2,000 Grevy’s zebras in the
United States!

*Zebras make a barking sound.*They use it at zoos when they’re
hungry.*They also use it in grasslands to
call other zebras.

*Zebras have hooves, hooves are sort of like hockey puck on a zebras foot.*They also have stripes, but not all zebras
have the same ones.*The zebra has a mane too, a mane is what
you see on their head.
