Chinese Vinegar Peanuts老醋花生

Chinese Vinegar Peanuts is a great choice with China Liquor, Easy to make and healthy.

This Traditional Chinese Food is popular in North Part of China. (Eight Culinary

Traditions Chinese Cuisine), Chinese Consider Vinegar as a medicine for Softening

Blood vessel, But i prefer another Peanuts recipe, that is Salty Shelled Peanuts, Which is

much better with China Liquor or Wine.

Ingredients

1.Raw Peanuts

2.Red and Yellow Pepper

3.Green onion

4.Oil (Olive Oil)

5.Soy Sauce

6.Chinese Vinegar

7.Sugar

8.Salt

Instructions

1.Wash the peanuts and let it dry

2.stir constantly with a spatula to ensure uniform heating of peanuts

3.Remove peanuts when there is a slight color change in the skin. You can also base your

judgment on the sound. If there is a “bla, bla” sound, it’s time to remove it.

4.Remove the fried peanuts. It will not become crispy until it cools down.

5.Mix soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and a little salt.

6.Add some small dices of red and yellow bell peppers, and the sauce prepared above. Mix well

and be ready to serve.

Tips:

1. When you fry the peanuts, you should put the peanuts and oil at the same time. Mix them well

when the pan is still cold. So when the oil is heated up, the peanuts are ready as well. This will

also add crispy taste into the fried peanuts.

2. You can also add some parsley, diced carrots or cucumbers if you prefer. It’s totally up to you!

Hot Spicy Chicken Nuggets is So tasty, It’s a Szechwan Cuisine(Eight Culinary

Traditions of Chinese Cuisine), Each time i ordered this must come with cool beer.

It’s highly recommended to serve this dish with beer or wine.

Frying marinated chicken nuggets in medium or

high temperature’s oil until it turns golden color,

then add some pepper and peppercorns to fry chicken nugget again.

This is a very spicy recipe.

You can adjust the amount of dry pepper or peppercorns to better serve your need.

The tip to keep chicken nuggets dry and delicious is to deep fry a little bit longer.

Ingredients:

Chicken nuggets: 450 g,

salt 3 tablespoon,

chicken powder 1 teaspoon (option),

Cooking wine 1 tablespoon,

soy sauce 1 teaspoon,

Starch 2 tablespoons,

Ginger powder 1 tablespoon,

garlic powder 1 teaspoon,

Dry red pepper x 10 (the more the hotter),

Peppercorns 1 teaspoon,

Sesame oil 1 tablespoon,

sugar 1 teaspoon,

Sesame 1 teaspoon (on the top)

Instructions

1. Wash the chicken nuggets and use paper towel to dry it.

2. Add salt 10 g, chicken powder 10 g, cooking wine 0.5 oz, and starch 15 g. Stir and m

marinate for 10 minuets

3. Wash the dry red pepper and cut them into small pieces

4. Cut garlic and ginger into slices, and prepare some peppercorns

5. Heat wok first then heat oil for a few seconds. Then add chicken nuggets, turn to

medium heat, deep fry for about 8-10 minuets, until it gets golden brown

6. Remove chicken nuggets

7. Keep low heat to heat some oil. Add peppercorns, after about 15 seconds then add

sliced garlic and ginger

8. Add dry red pepper, and keep low heat until the red pepper turns to deep red

9. Add 3-5 drops sesame oil. Stir-fry

10.It is time to add chicken nuggets. Keep low heat

11.Add 10 g salt, chicken powder 5 g, sugar 10 g then stir-fry

12.Before turn off the fire, add sesame and stir fire again. Done!

Tips:

1. The tip for deep-fried chicken nuggets is using medium or high heat. If you like

dryer chicken nuggets, you need to deep-fry it longer. If you want to have crispy

outside, you need to deep-fry it twice. You need to use high heat for the second time

2. When you stir fry the chicken nuggets, you need to use low heat because it is easy to

It is definitely a healthy lunch box menu for you and your loved ones!

This recipe serves with rice, but you can cook this dish alone.

You may want to know how to prepare marinated beef strips,

so that it will taste soft in texture and juicy. Here is the key:

1. Cut beef into thick slices in the direction of the grain,

and then cut pieces into strips against the direction of the grain.

2. Add black pepper, starch, rice wine, soy sauce, and ginger powder to the beef strips an

d mix well. Pour some oil on the top and marinate for 30 minutes.

Ingredients:Beef fillet, Green Pepper(Hangzhou), rice wine,ginger powder,eggs,starch, soy sauce, chicken powder,salt,black pepper,rice.

Instructions

1.Wash the Hangzhou Pepper, and cut both ends. Collect egg yolks, add some salt in

it and mix.

2.Heat the pan and add some oil. Pour the egg yolk into the pan and wait until half

set. Add rice and mix with eggs. Stir-fry until the rice turns brown. Remove the rice

from the pan.

3.Add some more oil to the pan and heat it for one moment. Pour the well-marinated

beef strips and stir-fry to medium well. Remove it.

4.Stir-fry the Hangzhou Pepper for 2-3 minutes. Then add beef strips, salt, chicken

power and stir-fry with high heat.

5.Done! You can pour the beef strips with Hangzhou Pepper on top of the rice in a

plate. Enjoy!
