Independent of the Rank of theIndependent Distributor, everyone receives the 10% payout from the lesser side each week (CV Cumulative Total). In this example, John ‘s team has generated 8,650 on the left leg and 12,725 on the right leg for the week. He will be paid 10% of the lesser side, or the left leg (8,650). (8,650 x 10% = $865). $865 is the payout that week to John. The volume of 8,650 will be deducted from the left side as well as the right side, leaving 4,075 volume (12,725 - 8,650) remaining on the strong side to be used the next week. COMPENSATION PLAN Q&A

01 Why am I considered “active” for four weeks rather than an entire month? Because we pay bonuses weekly in addition to Monthly. Our de�inition of “active” is a four-week rolling period rather than an entire month (each week runs from Saturday at 12:01 a.m. (EST) to Friday at midnight).

04 When Binary Commissions are paid, what volume is deducted from my business center? Any sales volume on your left and right legs that was used to earn Team Bonuses will be deducted. To clarify, if you have 35,000 on your left side and 28,000 on your right side, you will be paid 10% of the 28,000, or $2,800. At that time, 28,000 will be deducted from both your left and right legs. Any unpaid volume will continue accumulating as long as you remain active.

02 If I go inactive, what happens to my volume and organization? All accumulated placement tree volume will be reset to zero (0); however, once you reactivate by generating 20 PV, you will once again begin to accumulate group sales volume as products in your placement tree organization are sold.

05 What is AutoShip? This optional, stress-free program allows you to establish a standing monthly order with Your Virtual Portal. Your hosting will continue on a regular basis. You can put your Auto- Ship order on hold, change it, or cancel it at any time by calling 1-813-448-6737 or sending an email to [email protected]. (Please notify us at least 72 hours before your next scheduled AutoShip order for changes to take effect for that AutoShip date.)

De�initions 2.1 Active

Income centers are considered Active and quali�ied to participate in this part of the business opportunity when they have:

Binary - A minimum personal C.V. of 20, and you have personally sponsored one left and one right.

Personal customers purchases count towards personal volume.

2.2 Compression

Refers to the process whereby inactive income centers are temporarily removed from the Downline for the purpose of commission calculations. Active income centers in the Downline then roll up to occupy the positions vacated by the inactive centers. This effectively removes “dead spots” from the organization and makes the most volume available possible to pay commissions on. The “Active” amount off which compression is triggered is based off PV. Within this compensation plan, income centers are considered Active when they have a PV speci�ied in section "2.1, Active', in the commission period being processed. Compression is not used in the Unilevel plan. Binary Compensation plans do not utilize compression.

2.3 Customer

A customer is a person that wishes only to purchase product at retail price from the company. Customers are not eligible to build Downlines or receive commissions. Customer volume is added to that of the sponsoring income center during commission calculations; customers do not occupy a position in each level of Downline. E.g, X sponsors income center Y frontline to himself. Y in turn sponsors customer Z. Y purchases $100 CV during the commission period and Z purchases $50 CV during the commission period. Z’s $50 CV will be added to Y’s $100 CV, placing $150 CV frontline to X at Y’s position. Z is not considered to be second level to X. Distributors will receive only Retail/Wholesale pro�its from their own Customers.

2.4 CV

Stands for Commissionable Value or Commissionable Volume. CV is the value of a sale (as assigned by SKU) that quali�ications and bene�its are calculated off of. For instance, if there was $100 CV present on a level of Downline and the percentage to earn on that level was 0.00%, the total amount paid on that level would be 0.00; (100 * 0.00).

2.5 Deleted and Deactivated

These are penalty statuses that can be assigned by administrators within the system. Deleted positions are not permitted to participate in the company in any fashion. They can neither earn commissions nor log into the back of�ice. Deactivated is a less stringent penalty status. Deactivated positions are not permitted to earn commissions, however they may log into the back of�ice and participate (e.g. sponsor others) in the company. Those that are neither deleted nor deactivated are considered to be in good standing with the company.

2.6 Distributor

A distributor is a person that has enrolled with the company, wishes to build Downline(s) and participate in the compensation plan. Distributors pay wholesale price for product.

2.7 Downline

Refers to positions in the genealogy below a speci�ic income center in the genealogy.

2.8 Fiscal Periods

Fiscal periods de�ine start and stop dates for each commission period. Your Virtual Portal utilizes Weekly Lesser Side Binary, and Monthly Unilevel periods. Each weekly period will run 7 calendar days in duration; e.g. Monday through Sunday. Each monthly period will begin on the �irst calendar day of a month and end on the last calendar day of that same month; e.g. April 1 to April 30.

2.9 Frontline

Refers to an income center’s �irst level of Downline.

2.10 GV - Group Volume - Not implemented in this plan.

2.12 Income Center

An income center is a position in the organization that can build Downlines and participate in the compensation plan. Within this system there will be a 1:1 relationship between distributor and income center records. I.e. the term distributor and income center could be used interchangeably unless Your Virtual Portal opts to introduce multi-packs in the future. Quali�ications and bene�its are calculated independently for each income center position.

2.13 Levels

Levels refer to layers of Downline. Those income centers that an individual is the placement sponsor of comprise the �irst level (or frontline). Those placed under one’s own frontline comprise the second level and so forth and so on. An income center’s own volume is not counted as being in any of its Downline levels. Customer volume is applied to that of its sponsoring income center in order to determine the position/level in the Downline that it falls in.

2.14 PV

Stands for Personal Volume. PV is the sum total of sales volume made by a particular income center and that income center’s personally sponsored customers in the commission period being processed. PV is based on the commissionable value of sales.

2.15 Rank

A rank is a name that represents the achievement of quali�ications and bene�its within the compensation structure. Income centers must meet the necessary quali�ications to receive bene�its associated with a rank each and every commission period. If an income center has met the quali�ications for a rank in the past, but does not meet the necessary quali�ications in the commission period being processed, that income center will be demoted in rank. If an income center earned a higher rank “last commission period” but does not meet the quali�ications for that rank “this commission period”, the income center will be demoted in rank and paid commensurate with the quali�ications met in “this period”.

2.16 SKU

Stands for “Stock Keeping Unit”. SKUs are the items sold within the system. Commissions are paid based off the volume associated with SKUs sold and administrators assign all price points to SKUs. When a SKU is purchased, an order is created. Orders are associated with the individual who purchased them, which determines where in the genealogy the volume will fall and in turn make it available to the Upline for commissioning. SKUs are closely related to product and product categories, all three of which are de�ined by the system administrator. A product category is a like grouping of items for sale; e.g. “Shirts”. A general item to be sold within the category is a product; e.g. “Polo Shirt”. A SKU is the speci�ic instance of the product that will be sold; e.g. “Polo Shirt, L, Green”.

2.17 Spilling

Refers to a mechanism that automatically determines placement sponsor positioning in �ixed width compensation plans. Fixed width plans allow a �inite number of income center positions on any individuals frontline. Once all frontline positions below an individual are �illed, any new personal enrollments must be automatically forced into the next available position in the Downline. The rules for determining which position is the next available comprise the de�inition of the spilling type employed by the software.

2.18 Spilling - Binary systems allow a maximum of two positions below the sponsor. When an individual sponsors a new enrollee, the software will �irst check to see if the sponsoring individuals frontline position based on the selected side is full. If the position is not full, the new enrollee will be placed there. If the position is full, spilling must occur. If there is no available position on the second level, it would then move down one level to the third. This spill type evaluates each level in the same fashion until the next available position is identi�ied by asking the same basic question: PowerLeg Left, PowerLeg Right, Lesser-Side or AutoBalance?

2.19 Sponsor – Enrolling

Refers to the income center that brought an individual into the opportunity. Although an Enrolling Sponsor may be the same as the Placement Sponsor, the two do not have to match. The term “Personally Sponsored” is used to refer to those that an individual is the enrolling sponsor of.

2.20 Sponsor – Placement

Refers to the income center that is immediately above a position in the Upline. The Placement Sponsor is not necessarily the income center that brought an individual into the opportunity, although in a Unilevel system the placement and enrolling sponsor are often times one and the same (the same individual will be tied to a new enrollee by default and would only be different if changed by an administrator).

2.22 Upline

Refers to positions in the genealogy above a speci�ic income center in the genealogy.

2.23 Vesting

Vesting is the act of setting an income center at a particular rank. Vested income centers will receive the bene�its associated with the rank regardless of whether or not the normal quali�ications for achieving the rank have been met.

3. Commissions

Commissions are calculated on the following schedules: Weekly Lesser Side Binary and Monthly Unilevel. Volume Accumulation & Flushing Only Quali�ied income centers will be permitted to retain Left and Right BP (sales volume) accumulated during a weekly period. If an income center is not Quali�ied by the conclusion of a period, it will not be permitted to keep any Left and Right volume accumulated during that period. The lone exception to this will be during its �irst commission period and its grace period.
