Gunmetal Puddle Flanges of all sizes, in general, are manufactured to each project’s specific requirement.

Diameter varies from 25mm (1”) mainly for overflow and air vent to 300mm (12”) while the length is depending on the wall thickness of the water tanks.

From practical experience, for wall thickness of 250mm (10”) or below, a face-to-face length of 450mm (18”) will be quite sufficient for the installation of the pipework.

For thicker wall, the length should be extended accordingly.

Normally all puddle flanges are with flanged connection to BS4504 PN16. However, free ends, screwed ends, or flanged ends to other standards are also available on request.

Testing pressure 25 bar.
