Plant is a hardy, evergreen shrub growing to 1.5m by 0.5m.

When does it grow?

Yucca flower plant has leaves through out the year and flowers from July to August.

Who is the color , shape , size ?

Yucca produces a large stalk of white or purplish blossoms. Yucca flowers are pendulous (bell shaped) and greenish white. Yucca flowers grow 6-7 cm long in a narrow panicle. Inflorescence in Yucca is glabrous, 50 cm high, and racemose. The Scape is 35 cm, starting from between the leaves.

Interesting facts.

The scented Yucca flowers are hermaphrodite (have both male and female organs) and are pollinated by hand.

Is most pronounced at night.

Yucca flower plants serve as the architectural foliage plants for dry, sunny borders.
