Attorney Darren Heitner Files Lawsuit on Behalf of Professional Boxer

    Yuandale Moneyshot Evans

MIAMI (August 7, 2013) Attorney Darren Heitner, a partner at Wolfe Law Miami, has filed a breach of

contract lawsuit in Broward County Circuit Court against a Pompano Beach sports management group

on behalf of professional boxer Yuandale Evans.

Evans, 24, also known as Moneyshot, was ranked 33rd

in the world in the featherweight division in

2012. He is now unranked because 100% Management Group, Evans manager, has failed to schedule a

bout for Evans since April 2012, the lawsuit said. It also has refused to release Evans from the exclusive

agreement, leaving him unable to hire another management firm.

A Cleveland native, Evans is the winner of a World Boxing Council Youth Intercontinental Championship.

He was undefeated in 16 professional bouts before his first loss in April 2012.

At one point Yuandale is one of the up-and-coming boxers in the world, then out of nowhere the rug is

pulled out from under him, said Heitner, a partner at Wolfe Law Miami.

Yuandale tried repeatedly to terminate the exclusive agreement, which clearly states that at least one

bout must be scheduled within a six-month period or the boxer can cancel the contract. The window of

opportunity for any boxer can rapidly close, and in this case 100% Management Group failed miserably

to do what it promised my client.

Heitner hasnt decided on the monetary damages that he will seek in court.
