A Dastardly Crime!Lord and Lady Monley returned from a day out to find

they had been burgled! A thief had gained access to their large country manor and stolen some cash and priceless rubies belonging to Lady Monley from the safe.

The Colonel is a long standing friend of the Monley’s, although rumour is that he has got himself into some difficulty and risks losing his house.

Spent the morning gardening for Lord and Lady Monley, but left around lunchtime to do another job. He returned late afternoon to be paid, but when Lord and Lady Monley were not in, he left again.

Claims to have not seen Lady Monley or been near the Manor since a dinner party three days ago. She was however seen getting into a car outside the Manor mid afternoon on the day in question. She was later seen at a dinner party 5 miles away at 6:00pm

Colonel Waz N. Tmee

Said he spent the day working in London. His office confirmed he arrived in the morning, but say he left promptly at lunchtime and didn’t return. He was due at a dinner party with Ms Spicious that evening. He arrived at 18:15 out of breath. He said his car had broken down on the way.
