HTC Basic YR Overhaul HTC Basic YR Overhaul Plus HTC YR Overall Refurbishment HTC YR Reliability Improvement

htc basic Yr overhaul includes replacement of basic spares, low speed balancing of the turbine rotor and a fresh layer of heat resistant paint. The service includes a report with findings and recommendations. The HTC Basic Overhaul will be performed within just one week.

htc basic Yr overhaul plus is more extensive and includes Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and dimensional inspection of all steam turbine parts. Necessary minor repairs resulting from the NDT, such as repair of the valve case and/or repair of bearing and seal locations of the turbine shaft are included. The service comes with a report including findings and recommendations. The HTC Basic Overhaul Plus is performed within three weeks.

htc Yr overall refurbishment is a maximum

service and includes, in addition

to the HTC Basic Overhaul Plus service, a full restoration of vertical and horizontal joints and/or re-blading of turbine wheels. The service includes a report with findings and recommendations. Lead time for a overall refurbishment is five weeks.
