The Youth Policy Alliance (YPA) is a coalition of youth serving organizations workingtogether to ensure sound youth policy in Minnesota. YPA is focused on increasing
opportunities and resources for youth in Minnesota through comprehensive youthpolicy.
Every Minnesotan benets when the next generation of young adults are better
prepared to contribute to our economy and community. Young people whoparticipate in quality youth development programs are more likely to be: activecitizens, settled in stable personal relationships, employed and economically self-sufcient, and happy with their lives as young adults. With the right policies inplace, communities can play a signicant role in supporting a young person atthis crucial time in their development.
