The numbers continue to increase for the pantry and many

Please remember to donate to the disaster relief effort if you
are able. The Church of Christ is always the first semi to roll into a
disaster area and many talk about how organized this effort is. They
have much to be proud of and Love in Action would like to donate to
this effort on a yearly basis. Please help us make this contribution a
larger one.
Remember to keep Saturday May 19th open to go out into our
community. If you know of anyone in our community or church family
that needs help this day, please make us aware of this.

COURAGE TO CHANGE…
Ask God to show you areas of your life that you can improve over the next
ninety days and the victories that you have made in the last ninety
days. The Bible gives us instructions on how to avoid hurting other peo-
ple with our words. “Intelligent people think before they speak; what
they say is then more persuasive.” (Proverbs 16:23, GNB). “A wise, ma-
ture person is known for his understanding. The more pleasant his
words, the more persuasive he is.” (Proverbs 16:21, GNB). “ A word of
encouragement does wonders!” (Proverbs 12:25 TLB).
“COURAGEOUS”
Sunday, April 29, we will have a community dinner in the MPR
followed by our 6 pm service. We will be presenting the movie
“Courageous,” and encourage all Life Groups and members to
invite members of our community, other family
members and co-workers.
We will be serving a complimentary spaghetti dinner for our
members and guests beginning at 4:30 in the MPR.
Following a short devotional at 6, we will show the movie in the
auditorium. A children’s class will be in the MPR during the 6-8
pm worship and movie time.

THE BEAUTIFUL NOTHING John 20:1-8
WELCOME! Welcome to the Belpre church! We are glad that
you have joined us as we gather in the name of
the Lord to worship and praise our Heavenly
Father as a community of believers. The Belpre
church is made up of sinners who have been
saved by the grace of God. We are fellow
strugglers in the journey of life helping each
other with the daily challenges and problems.
Maybe this is the first time you have been a
guest at the Belpre church. Are you looking for a
church home? We would love to share with you
the gospel! Also, we would welcome the
opportunity to talk with you about the various
ministries of the Belpre church.
For your convenience, we have an attended
nursery; our children, 3yrs - 3rd grade, also meet
during the sermon in our MPR. They are
dismissed to attend this class during the K.O.D.
portion of our worship time and may be picked
up during the community updates.
