Who are youth?
Population that falls within the age group of 15 to 30 are the youth.
Its not about age. Youth are those population who are
• Aspirational• Restless • Thirsting • Progressive• Wants change

Then life on their own conditions
For happy life
• Better living environment• Better schooling• Better college or institute• Job according to their choice• At last, freedom to live their life

living environment and schooling:• Health and Safety Issues• Emotional challenges• Social Challenges• Acute and Chronic Stress
About college and institute:
• Non-medical students want IIT or NIT• Medical students want AIIMS• In abroad, they wants MIT, oxford university
After getting admission in institutes:
1. If course is interesting or according to their choice then no problem
2. If not then• Academic pressure• Race to become no. one• Pressure to get a good job
After getting job:
1. If government job then settled life2. If private then• To maintain herself/himself to remain in their
position• Fear of getting fired

• TCS has plans of hiring 35,000+ freshers for 2014-15 session.

The youth of India is confident because they know they are moving forward. However, they are confused because they do not know exactly where they are headed. In average Indian youths are confused.
