Your  first  EURES  job  (YfEj)  is  a  European  Union  job  mobility  scheme  to  help  young  people  find  a  job,  traineeship  or  apprenticeship  opportunity  in  another   EU   country,   Norway   or   Iceland   and   to  help  employers  find  qualified  workforce.      The   initiative  works   as   a   European   recruitment  service:   its   platform   brings   together   the  curriculum  of  young   jobseekers  coming   from  all  EU28   countries   +   Norway   and   Iceland   and  vacancies   of   European   enterprises   looking   for  young  workers.      

   It  provides  various  services:    ü information,    ü recruitment  and  matching  ü pre  and  post  departure  support,    ü financial   support   to   jobseekers   for   an  interview  trip  abroad,  as  well  as  for  language  training  and  recognition  of  qualifications  and  relocation  expenses,    

ü financial  support  to  SMEs  to  cover  some  of  the  training  costs  and  helping  the  new  employee,  trainee,  apprentice  get  settled.
