Organising your special day begins from the very first moment youcontact us. Your wedding planner will be ready to advise, plan andprepare even the smallest of details to make everything go exactlyas you want it to.

We understand that it can be a little overwhelming when you firststart planning your wedding, but we are here to make the entireexperience an enjoyable one from beginning to end.

We will help you organise your wedding day with the minimum offuss and maximum enjoyment – from the early booking ofphotographers, musicians and florists to organising menus, toastsand even family members.

Whether you are thinking of an intimate gathering for up to 50guests, or a more extravagant affair for all your family and friends,we will look after every detail, from your wedding breakfast to yourevening reception.

Every Mercure hotel is unique, and when you sit down in one of our restaurants you will discoverthe same uniqueness in our food. We pride ourselves on offering a good choice of quality dishesand where possible infuse the finest local British flavours. We always try to use produce fromsustainable sources and the provenance and traceability of our food is vitally important to us.

Our expertly trained chefs have years of experience so you can savour a delicious wedding daymeal. The following menu selector should give you a taste of the dishes available. If you wish tochoose from it, we ask that you select one dish from each course.

To make your day even more special your wedding planner will be happy to arrange a bespokemenu. If there are guests with different dietary requirements, you can leave it with us toaccommodate any special arrangements.

Catering for Children

We will make special arrangements for the children attending your wedding from our Children’sMenu Selector (Children 0 -12 year).

Every one of our bedrooms provides the comfort and style yourwedding guests deserve. Our Best Available Rates for accommodationwill be offered to your guests to make their stay even more special.

These Best Available Rates can also be extended prior to and afteryour wedding date for those guests wishing to take advantage of alonger stay. For the Bride and Groom, we can offer a complimentaryroom, depending on which of our packages you choose.

Booking Conditions

A minimum deposit of £400 is requiredwithin 14 days of a provisional booking beingmade. A further deposit of 25% of theestimated wedding value is due 12 monthsbefore, or immediately if this date hasalready passed.

Final payment is required one month prior tothe wedding date. All payments are nonrefundable and non transferable. Please seeseparate insert which is enclosed with thisbrochure pack for our full Terms andConditions.
