About UsSilver Star Market Makers Pvt. Ltd. is a company incorporated under the provisions of Company’s Act, 1956 vide certification of incorporation No.U51109MP2007PTC019211 in the year 2007 by the Registrar of Companies, Gwaliar (Madhya Pradesh)

The Company is venturing out with new marketing concept under the name & Style of GROWTH AGE. The Company intends to create country’s largest database of customers among whom it promote its products.

We want to keep our business and its products paperless which will contribute a lot to environment.Our main object to promote awareness and study among our all customers and subscribers about the best modes of savings which can help them in their old age by way of regular monthly income called pension. For this purpose we have written an E – book on the subject having title MY DREAM PENSION. Our first publication is named MY DREAM PENSION an E – book. This book will help our subscriber and customers to

plan their saving and investments which can be helpful in their old age by way of regular monthly income as

pension. We are sure that our publication will stand as perfect guide to our subscribers and customers for their long

term investments and savings to make their old age life peaceful and safe. Its marketing pattern will not only bring

prosperity among our subscribers and customers but will also helpful in adding pace to rapid economic growth of the

country. The price of the book is kept at Rs. 2,000/- .

As earlier written those on our Board Our two Directors are Senior Chartered Accountants by profession and having

expertise in all financial matters. Their experience and expertise will help to promote and update out all publications

in future.

Our Complimentary product

To our every customer and subscriber we are offering as a gift an opening of account for pension with PFRDA under

National Pension System with a contribution of Rs. 1000/- from the end of our company. Any account opened before

financial year 2021 – 22 will be entitled for ANUDAN under the SWAVALAMBAN PLAN a scheme announced by The

Govt. of India of Rs. 1000/- provided the yearly contribution of savings in that account is between Rs. 1000/- to

12000/-. On opening the account the account holder will be issued a PRAN (permanent retirement account number)

CARD which will reach to him / her within three month from the date of opening the account. To know more about

NATIONAL PENSION SYSTEM under Swavlamban Plan by Govt. of India through PFRDA you are requested to visit

www.pfrda.org.in and for your queries refer our FAQ’S on NPS.

Your Purchase orderAs we are offering a marketing opportunities to our all customers while placing your valuable order we request you all to fill up the prescribed application form without keeping blank any column, also fill up the application form for opening the pension account under Swavlamban Plan of PFRDA to get your PRAN card, attach your two passport size photo and all other requirement as your KYC as explained on page No. with KYC requirement. Submit your application form along with all enclosures and the price of book Rs. 2000/- by payable at par and account payee cheque drawn favouring to SILVER STAR MARKET MAKERS PVT. LTD.

On submission our Executive Franchisee shall log in your application and deposit your cheque in our bank account. Your money receipt and welcome letter will be generated on line on realisation of cheque. You can visit your account with us on our portal by login with the help of your allotted Customer I.D. No and your password. Arrangements are made to send you SMS informing your Customer I.D. and password on your mobile provided it is not registered on DND.

Within fortnight you will receive a kit containing customer manual and application forms to promote marketing.

KYC RequirementsTo open your account for pension we need your application duly filled in attached there with required proof known as KYC (know your customer) self attested as follows:

1. Two pass port size photo of applicant.2. Proof for date of birth (visible copy of any one out of following):

a) PAN card b) Passport c) Matriculation Certificate d) Driving licence e) Voter Identity card f) Aadhar Card

3. Proof of address (visible copy of any one out of following): a) Driving licence,

b) Passport, c) Voter’s Identity Card,d) Telephone bille) Electricity bill f) Bank account statement,g) Property tax assessment order,h) Certificate of address duly signed and attested from MP / MLA/ Municipal councillor or Gazetted Officeri) Aadhar Card

As earlier stated our marketing will not

of customers at his / her first level towards promotion of sales to our E-

book My Dream Pension and can make a carrier in marketing with

prosperity.

Appreciation Awards

We are not only offering a good opportunity to our

enthusiastic customers and business promoters but

appreciate their services if they are dedicated to their

business and achieving their income as under:1. If within 12 consecutive calendar months of registration a business

promoter earns net take home incentive between Rs. 150000/- to

300000/- will be awarded a Laptop.

2. If within 12 consecutive calendar months of registration a

business promoter earns net take home incentive between Rs.

300000/- to 450000/- will be awarded a HERO Motor Cycle .

3. If within 12 consecutive calendar months of registration a

business promoter earns net take home incentive between Rs.

450000/- to 600000/- will be awarded a HERO Motor Cycle and

a Laptop.

4. If within 12 consecutive calendar months of registration a

business promoter earns net take home incentive above Rs.

600000/- will be awarded a MARUTI SWIFT CAR (petrol

driven).

Mode of Incentive Payment

All earnings by way of incentives will be paid twice a

month. Incentives earned between 1st to 15th day of

a month will be paid on 25th day of the month and

incentives earned between 16th day to last day of the

month will be paid on 10th day of following month by

NEFT / RTGS. All payments will be subject to

deductions of TDS as per provisions of Income Tax

Act, 1961 and 5% admin charges. Minimum payment

of incentive will be Rs. 500/- after deductions. In the

event of net earnings below Rs. 500/- will be carried

forwards for next 12 payment cycles and thereafter it

will be credited to company’s account without any

notice.

Terms & Conditions As every business house we also have our terms and conditions to maintain discipline in the business as follows:

1. To subscribe our publication E – book MY DREAM PENSION the prospective subscriber has to apply on our prescribed application form. He / she have to fill up all the fields of application form falling which his / her application will not be accepted. Application has to be filled in English in CAPITAL LATTERS only

2. The applicant subscriber who will also be our Business Promoter by default has to attach all visible proof of identification. The applicant Business Promoter can attach any one proof out of following for Date of Birth: PAN Card / Pass Port / Matriculation Certificate/ Driving Licence /Voter Identity Card/ Aadhar Card. For address proof one can attach any one out of following: Driving licence/ Passport / Voter Identity Card/ Aadhar Card/ Electricity bill/ Telephone Bill/ Bank A/c statement/ Property tax assessment order / Address copy duly certified and attested by MP/ MLA/ Municipal councillor/ Gazetted officer.

3. The price of our publication MY DREAM PENSION at present fixed at Rs 2000/-. Amount once paid will always non-refundable. The Company reserves the right to change the price without giving any prior notice.

4. The applicant subscriber can deposit his / her application to subscribe our publication along with the payment by cheque payable at par favouring to M/S SILVER STA MARKET MAKERS PVT. LTD. INDORE with our any Marketing Officer / Executive Franchisee. Money receipt and their welcome letter will be generated on realisation of the cheque payment. In the event of non realisation of the cheque Rs. 150/- will be recovered by the sponsorer business promoter. Arrangements are made to serve customer I.D. and password through SMS on applicant’s mobile provided his/ her mobile is not registered for DND.

5. The applicant has also to fill the application form of SWAWLAMBAN for opening the pension account and to get his/ her PRAN card. All requirement for KYC (know your customer) are to be attached and mandatory. On receipt of the application and realisation of cheque payment we shall forward it for account opening to concern aggregator of PFRDA. It takes minimum three month time to process the application and to issue PRAN card. Our Company will contribute with each application Rs.1000/- and Govt. Of India will contribute as Anudan amount which at present is Rs. 1000/-at the closer of financial year making total credit into the account of account holder Rs. 2000/-. Govt. of India has announced to pay ANUDAN of Rs. 1000/- provided subscription deposited to the pension account is between Rs.1000/- to Rs.12000/- within a financial year. Central Govt. has approved to pay ANUDAN till financial year 2021 -2022 to the pension account opened under SWAVLAMBAN NATIONAL PENSION SYSTEM. Central Govt. of India reserves the right to change, alter, modify or delete provisions for ANUDAN without giving any prior notice.

6. On becoming our registered Business Promoter GROWTH AGE is providing you a unique opportunity to make your career in referral marketing. You can sponsor as many Business Promoters as you can and can make your carrier in the marketing. We are offering you 20 levels earning opportunities of incentives as discussed earlier with our MARKETING.

Terms & Conditions

7. The payment of incentive earned will be subject to deductions of all statutory deductions such as TDS for which present rate is 10% and admin charges @ 5%. Accumulated net earnings after all deductions if it is above Rs. 500/- will be deposited into bank account of the Business Promoter twice a month by NEFT / RTGS. No payment will be made by cheque/s or any other mode. Any amount of net earnings below Rs. 500/- will be carried forward till next 12 payment cycles and there after the account of the Business Promoter will stand closed without any notice. Any un-disbursed incentive for any reason will always be property of the Company and Business Promoter will have no right to claim the same in any manner.

8. Every Business Promoter who is sponsoring another Business Promoter will be duty bound to explain all the terms and conditions, our product and its nature, how it can be utilised for maximum benefit, our complimentary product, its benefit and procedure in detail enabling incoming Business Promoter to understand the use of product, promote our marketing in batter way for better future and earnings.

9. It is presumed that incoming Business Promoter has well understood all the terms and conditions, our product, our complimentary product, our offer of incentives, our pay out system etc in detail. He /she have to undertake that money paid by them is to purchase our holiday package and same is always NON – REFUNDABLE.

10.The name of Business Promoter is not allowed to change however arrangements are made to edit some information’s such as address; contact number, bank details, and the same can made either by the Business Promoter himself or can inform the company on mail with proper proof to do so.

11.GROWTH AGE reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason/s.

12.GROWTH AGE reserve the right to change, alter, modify, amend, make additions in the product due to changes or amendments in provisions of law of this land or for better performance of business of the company as it deem fit from time to time without any notice and the same is acceptable to Business Promoter/s.

13.The Terms & Condition, our product, its services are always subject to Force majeure clause.

14.In the event of any dispute, GROWTH AGE decision shall be final and binding upon the Business Promoters and same shall always be subject to INDORE JURISDICTION only.
