We all experience change every day but what about those big change initiatives? Are you the person that dreads change and has to be dragged kicking and screaming, or are you the person out front pioneering new opportunities? Regardless, change is inevitable and your role in it affects not only you but everyone in the company. Learn more about change management and how to successfully navigate our role in it during this PDM and then join us the following day for a full day seminar from Bryan (see insert brochure for more information).

The Role of the Individual in Change

Management

Bryan Ward

Change is a constant and if pushed can be turbulent, if not done can be disastrous and if ignored can be career ending. We will explore how to create pull for change, how to identify change agents ( those with influence but no authority ) and how to embrace change as a leader to reinvent yourself.

We had a great joint meeting with ASQ at our March meeting

with Brian Hays from CNH Industrial discussing some

important points on the ever relevant topic of Project Management. We had a lot of good

discussion and questions from those in attendance which was great.

Our upcoming Spring Seminar and PDM promises to be extremely interesting and beneficial to

anyone that deals trying to get the most out of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

This should cover just about everybody that works in manufacturing so I expect we will have

great interest in this seminar!

We are in the process of identifying and possibly nominating candidates for open board positions for the coming year. If you are interested in serving on the board, please contact me at [email protected] or give me a call at 316-243-1720. Or, you can visit with any board member at our next PDM. The benefits of being on the board are really attractive and we would be happy to visit with you about them. See you at the next PDM or at the Spring Seminar!
