We all hope for it...but few actually find it. Sergey Semenchenko found it at RBC Life.

Now for a little backstory. With growth comes managerial and creative opportunities.

That’s why CCI leaders, Leonid Lapp, Kazar Megrabyan and Eric Megrabyan sent Sergey to RBC Life. They wanted him to meet with our Creative, IT, Marketing and Operation teams for an exchange of ideas, cultures and managerial practices.

Coral Club International (CCI) is growing rapidly, selling Microhydrin, Colo-Vada, Immune 360 and a variety of other RBC Life products throughout Russia, Eastern Europe and Central Asia. In fact, last year they ordered more than 15 million from RBC Life Sciences. They have approximately 400 offices/warehouses and nearly one million Associates. They are expanding

into Turkey, Romania, Bulgaria, Poland, Czech Republic and Israel.

To handle this growth and the needs for multiple language translations, they have a 15-person marketing staff and 7 people in their Creative Department.

Sergey is Head of Project Development at CCI in Moscow, but with his winning personality and curiosity for knowledge, he could easily be called the CCI Ambassador to America. Fluent in 3 languages (Russian, Japanese and English), he is 28-years old, bright and enthusiastically open to new ideas. The two weeks at the world headquarters for RBC were spent soaking up the culture, heritage, videos, audios, brochures, fliers, catalogs and developing website direction that reflects RBC Life.

While in Dallas, he visited the Morton Meyerson Symphony Hall and heard a Strauss concert that featured the opening song from 2001:A Space Odyssey played on the world’s greatest organ. The next evening he toured the Ft. Worth Stockyards, attended a wild-west rodeo, and had dinner with Texas music star, Mark McKinney. Mark spoke of his love for Triple FX Shots, life on the road, auditioning with Miranda Lambert’s parents for a new reality TV show on singer/songwriters and shared the secret to songwriting… re-writing.

He also met Robert Glenn, the creator of the The Mustangs at

Las Colinas. This breathtakingly realistic bronze exhibit is the largest equestrian sculpture in the world and features nine wild mustangs running

across a granite stream.

Sergey said, “Visiting with the Creative Department and the RBC Management team was like discovering a bucket

of diamonds.” He returns to Moscow with a terabyte of videos, audios and promotional tools; a new appreciation

of the RBC heritage, science and culture plus a changed perception of America. “Many people in Russia think that Ameri-

cans are arrogant people who try to tell the rest of the world how they should live their lives. I did not find that to be true at RBC Life or on my visit.”

Clinton Howard, Founder and CEO of RBC Life Sciences and his management team worked with Sergey exploring ways to work more closely with CCI and help them in their future growth. He touted Sergey’s trip to America as both a milestone and a harbinger of a bright and successful future.
