Customer Pickup: is available at our location. An advance reservation is highly

recommended for all times. Rentals require a valid Texas driver’s license and a deposit.

Delivery: and set-up is available at reasonable rates. Our normal delivery times are

from 8:00 – 2:00 mon- fri. Delivery is available at other times through special

arrangements. Call for quotes on delivery and or set-up. All deliveries are made to a

dock, door, or a garage that is immediately accessible to our trucks. We will not deliver

in to any house. Equipment must be restacked and ready for pickup the same place it

is delivered. Additional services are available at reasonable rates.

Cleaning: All dishes and related equipment are wrapped, boxed, or crated for use. We

ask you to return these items clean and in their original containers.

Damage: Care must be taken to protect all equipment from damage caused by

vandalism, weather, or abuse.

Shortages: Note any shortages at time of delivery and notify driver. A charge is added for all items (including boxes & crates) that are missing or damaged upon pickup
