For the rest of the South West and destinations further afield, the M25 is also within easy reach.

Mitcham Junction and Hackbridge railway stations (Zone 4) are both around 9-minutes drive away and offer four fast trains per hour to London Victoria as well as two fast trains to Blackfriars station. Hackbridge station is also within walking distance. Two trains per hour run from Hackbridge to both Brighton and Epsom, and four trains per hour from Mitcham Junction to Gatwick Airport.

Bus services are available a few minutes’ walk away at the local Muschamp Road stop on Green Wrythe Lane. At peak times, the 151 bus runs every ten-minutes, with journey times of 16-minutes to Sutton Common, 24-minutes to Sutton Post Office, 30-minutes to Cheam Broadway, and 45-minutes to Worcester Park.

What is Shared Ownership?Shared Ownership is an excellent way for people to take their first step onto the property ladder – by purchasing between 25% and 75% of the full price of a home. To be eligible for a Shared Ownership home at Lavender Walk:
