THAnk YOU to over 360 dealers who participated in the brand merchandise survey conducted in January and February. Your feedback confirmed your passion for licensed merchandise and helped form a strong baseline for the new shopAGCO.com. With the opportunity to listen to your specific requests, we can select merchandise that suits your needs, and make continual program enhancements.

1) Register on shopAGCO.com to receive all communications from our merchandise vendors, including special offers, surveys and product announcements.

2) Order all licensed merchandise from shopAGCO.com This is the best way for us to understand what you’re interested in purchasing - either from stock items, decorate on demand, just in time, custom orders, or from collect and runs. The more our dealers order from shopAGCO, the more we can add to our ‘stock’ items and the better your pricing.

3) Participate in dealer surveys related to shopAGCO.com which shape the overall program.

4) Share your thoughts anytime at [email protected] or contact your US or Canadian customer service representative. We’re ready to take your feedback and always want to hear ideas for merchandise you’d like to see in the program.

Take Advantage of Co-op Dollars for your Brand Merchandise Orders!As we learned from the dealer merchandise survey, over half of our dealers were not aware that certain merchandise is eligible for co-op reimbursement. Please take a moment to become familiar with the guidelines for brand merchandise eligibility.

Co-op Rules & Guidelines for Licensed Brand Merchandise and ToysMerchandise purchased for giveaways in conjunction with an event, sponsorship, or promotional program are eligible for co-op reimbursement up to 10% of pool funds. Merchandise must be purchased from an AGCO-approved vendor.

The cost of toys, hats, clothing and other approved premium items given away in conjunction with events, sponsorships or promotional programs is eligible for co-op reimbursement.

Pre-Approval and Submitting Claims

Online: The preferred method to submit Pre‐Approval is online through the AGCO Co‐op Web Portal (see access info above). Click Request Prior Approval Tab, fill out the requested fields and Submit.You will be given an automated Pre‐ Approval reference number.

Email: No Pre-Approval form is required. Simply email AGCO@co‐optimum.com with the proposed selections and information about your event, sponsorship, or promotional program.

Fax: 818.461.6161. Download the Pre-Approval form from the Guidelines and Forms tab on the AGCO Co‐op Web Portal and submit with required documentation.

You will receive a response via email to all Pre‐Approval Requests within 2 business days.

Note: Email approvals cannot be used in lieu of standard documentation (see pgs. 5‐6 of the official AGCO Corporation Co-op Rules) when filing claims.

All requests for reimbursements must be submitted online or mailed. Claims submitted without proper documentation, or not in compliance with co‐op policy guidelines, cannot be reimbursed. If your claim is rejected, a claim denial reason will be posted in the Claim Report on the AGCO Co‐op Web Portal.

Claims must be submitted online or mailed and postmarked within 60 days after the eligible event, sponsorship, or promotional program occurs. Late claims will be rejected. Claims which were originally submitted on time, but have been denied due to needed documentation, may be resubmitted. Such resubmission must be no more than 30 days after being posted on the AGCO Co‐op Web Portal.

Q: How do I get in touch with shopAGCO.com?A:

Q: Is there an AGCO dealer discount?A: Yes, discounted dealer pricing is shown once you log into the website as an AGCO Dealer. If you do not log in as a dealer, the

pricing reflected on the site is the consumer price. To see dealer pricing, you will need to register on the site.

Q: How do I register as a dealer to see dealer pricing and place orders?A: Visit shopAGCO.com and follow the links to login as a dealer on either the US or Canadian sites. When you login as a

dealer you will be able to view dealer pricing. Be sure to have your AGCO dealer code handy. See ‘login instructions’ online for details.

Q: How do I pay for orders?A: Payment for all online orders can be processed with a credit card or dealers may set up credit terms.

Q: How do I set up credit terms? A: You can set up credit terms online by submitting a credit term application found at checkout.

Q: Can I co-op merchandise purchased from shopAGCO.com?A: Yes, this is the only online merchandise site that is co-op approved. Pre-approval is required from Co-Optimum Marketing

Support Services, Inc. through the oneAGCO.com Marketing tab. Pending approval, AGCO will cover 50% of the cost up to 10 percent of total pool funds. This covers branded items used for giveaways as part of an event, sponsorship or promotional program. See co-op rules available on shopAGCO.com or oneAGCO.com for specific information.

Q: Is this the only licensed merchandise vendor that is “Co-op approved”?A: Yes. Chamberlain Marketing Group (CMG) and Genumark are the only authorized merchandise vendors who are officially

licensed to produce and sell items with our brands on them. Co-op compliance will be strictly monitored by Co-Optimum.

Q: Are other AGCO merchandise websites such as shopmassey.com or shopgleaner.com “Co-op approved”?A: Yes. All merchandise sites available on AGCO-brand websites are redirected shopAGCO.com. Many brand specific URL

addresses will still be used in marketing materials going forward.

Q: How do I submit a co-op claim?A: Co-op claims can be submitted via the Co-Optimum link found on the oneAGCO Marketing tab.

Q: What if I can’t find what I’m looking for on shopAGCO.com?A: Thousands of items are available from our shopAGCO.com vendors through special order. Simply contact the US or

Canadian shopAGCO account representative by phone or email and they will assist you in locating product options for any AGCO brand.

Q: How do I redeem an AGCO merchandise gift card or use a promo code?A: Electronic gift cards, promo codes, and physical gift cards can all be redeemed during checkout at shopAGCO.com.

Q: Can I purchase gift cards online?A: Yes. Gift cards are available for purchase within each specific brand tab on the US shopAGCO.com. For Canadian gift

cards, contact Genumark directly at the Canadian shopAGCO.com contact info above.

Q: How can my dealership place an order for toys?A: Dealers should utilize Solutions On-Line and place an order on Promo 227. Contact your AGCO Inside Sales Representative

for more information about availability or to place an order.

Q: How can customers/consumers order merchandise?A: Consumers can purchase items either on shopAGCO.com or from local dealers that have ordered merchandise for retail.

Q: I want to start a retail merchandise program within my dealership, how do I get started?A: Contact shopAGCO.com where our AGCO-dedicated customer service rep can help assist you in finding the right

mix of merchandise for your dealership. If retail displays are required, you can contact your local AGCO Parts Field Parts Manager (FPM) or inside sales rep to assist in placing your order.

Q: How do I contribute feedback and ideas about the program? For example, the merchandise I’d like to see available on shopAGCO.com?

A: We encourage you to be part of the program and regularly contribute your comments and ideas to [email protected] or call shopAGCO.com directly. If you spend more than $5,000 annually on brand merchandise from any source, you may qualify for the opportunity to be a Dealer Brand Merchandise Advisor and be directly involved in shaping the shopAGCO.com program. Email [email protected] and request to be a Dealer Brand Merchandise Advisor.

Q: I am a Canadian dealer: How does shopAGCO.com help me?A: To satisfy our Canadian dealers, special arrangements have been made to source merchandise through our Canadian

partner (Genumark). When you order from Genumark, you avoid duty, taxes, brokerage, and excessive shipping fees.

Q: Can Canadian dealers register and order from the US shopAGCO.com site?A: In addition to the Canadian site (Genumark), dealers are also welcome to order from the US shopAGCO.com site (CMG).

When shipping internationally additional charges apply and you are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes. All international orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. With regards to duties and taxes, the amount due varies depending on many factors and unfortunately cannot be determined prior to shipment. Once the items reach Canada, you will be contacted with an exact amount due and will have to provide payment prior to delivery.
