1. get a piece of chart paper and draw a circle map on it
2. use first color marker and write prior knowledge in frame
3. read and annotate article
4. then, with a new color marker, circle prior knowledge that was correct and cross out anything disproven
5. using the same color, add new information from text

6. choose an article that appeals to you, then read and annotate
7. with a different color marker repeat the process with information already on the map
8. gallery walk with post-it notes
