We define our dentists more precisely than other carriers. We count each dentist in our network only once, no matter how many separate locations they may operate from. That means when we say we have a certain number of dentists state-wide, or nationally, thats the true number of dentists.

So when youre comparing network size among carriers, its important to know whether the numbers youre being given are unique dentists or access points.

Choice: We offer access to one of the nations largest dental networks with over 97,000 unique dentists at more than 236,000 locations. (Counts accurate as of March 30, 2015.) Plus, out networks at the state level are just as strong.

Savings: Not only do our networks provide great choices, they also provide deep discounts for covered dental services. On average, we save our members 30 to 32 percent.

Care: Most of our dental plans provide 100% coverage for preventive services such as cleanings, exams and X-rays. We also provide extra cleanings or periodontal maintenance for pregnant and diabetic members enrolled in an care management program.

Emergency dental treatment for the international travelerAccess to comprehensive emergency dental benefits while working or traveling nearly anywhere in the world.Participating dentists are credentialed, speak English and meet the requirements to practice dentistry in their home countries.Emergency dental care received from an International Emergency Dental Program dentist is reimbursed in full and does not count toward the members annual plan maximum.Claims are paid directly to the member in U.S. currency, since the patient pays the bill at the time services are rendered.The International Emergency Dental Program is managed by DeCare Dental, LLC.
