You live a rich, multi-faceted life. Sometimes with all that’s going on you might feel overwhelmed, lost or frustrated – like a flower wilting away from lack of water and sunlight. Other times you might feel like things are going smoothly and you are in full bloom. By actively taking a look at your life and assessing how satisfied you are in all the different aspects, you can make conscious choices to bloom more fully. The center of the flower is 0 (not satisfied at all) and the outer edges of the petals are a 10 (totally satisfied). Assess how satisfied you are in each facet of your life by drawing a new outer edge of the petal for each area. You can use the 8 categories below or create your own.
