Who is First Title?Since 1997, First Title has been a provider of title insurance, title search products, and closing services nationwide. To manage our customer’s needs, First Title saw the need to develop a best in class proprietary transaction management platform, FirstVision, which today supports the needs of our clients in managing the entire file life cycle. Our customized workflows are designed to maximize efficiencies with a high level of customer service and accountability.

RefinanceThrough our veteran staff and national network of closing agents and attorneys, First Title’s refinance loan solutions include full closing and escrow services for both centralized and distributed retail operations nationwide. Services include:

• Title clearance, including securing mortgage/lien payoffs, tax certificates and additional title clearance as required

• Scheduling of closing appointment with borrower

• Electronic loan document package receipt

• Preparation, collaboration and approval of Closing Disclosures, and delivery of all title affidavits and county specific intake sheets with the loan document package

• Completion of loan document review prior to delivery of loan document package to signing agent or attorney

• Verify signing of loan documents, notarize required documents and confirm return of loan documents to First Title following closing

• Timely and accurate post-closing audit of document package to verify proper execution
