On our return to Kraków we stop for reflection, contemplation, and prayer at the Sanctuary of Divine Mercy in Łagiewniki. In this place of pilgrimage you can pay homage to the holy relics of St. Faustina Kowalska, the Apostle of Divine Mercy, who was canonized as the first saint of the Third Millennium by John Paul II. Upon arrival we visit the Convent of Sisters of Mercy in Łagiewniki, where Saint Faustina lived and died. We will enjoy the tour of the Convent guided by one of the sisters. Celebrate Mass at the Shrine. Visit the modern basilica consecrated by the Pope in 2002. Dinner and overnight.

Day 6 - WED JUL 17: KRAKOW OLD TOWN After breakfast, we will visit the Wawel Hill to tour the Cathedral and Castle, Coronation Chapel and the Royal Chambers where a superb collection of Arras tapestries are on view. We visit the Old Town, where we see the ancient Market Square and Cloth Hall built before 1349, then altered in the 16th century—Europe’s largest medieval market square. Inside the Hall there are many shopping stalls. We visit St. Mary’s Church where we participate in the opening of the wooden altar by Wit Stwosz and we hear the silver trumpet of the bugler - Hejnal from St. Mary’s Tower. We will also visit the courtyards of

the Collegium’s Mauis. Continue with a visit to the Franciscans Church with its stunning stained glass windows.
