Before you read this article, I need two mention two points:

This article is for SEO specialist.

This article is too too long.

The SEO PowerSuite is free and complete software package for successful search engine

optimization, SEO PowerSuite is a set of 4 tools in one package.

1- Rank Tracker, is tool used for keyword Research as well as tracking ranking in search Engines

2- Website Auditor, deals with website structure and content optimization

3- SEO SpyGlass will find all backlinks to a given website and analyze them in detail

4- and Link Assistant. Is a perfect tool for link building and management?

The first tool is Rank Tracker is for Keyword Research and Rank Tracking

To start Rank Tracker tool go to start menu, all programs then click on link-AssistantCom then

choose Rank Tracker tool

Enter your website URL

Connect to Google analytics and Google Adwords so that rank tracker could collect crucial

keyword data from them.

This step is optional

Click on connect to Google Analytics account

Then a window wizard appear to enter your Google Account setting

Then connect to Google Adwords

After that it get all the keyword used in website and added to the next window wizard:

If you didn’t connect to Google Analytics or Google Adword you will not get this Default

Keywords and you can add more keywords that you wish to monitor.

Then click Next Button to choose preferred search engine, you can select as many search engines

as you wish.

Then click Next Button and hold on a minute while Rank Tracker checking the current ranking

for the keyword you has been entered

Then Ranking have been successfully checked

This ranked tracker main screen, here you can see all of your Keywords along with your site’s

current rankings with Google Egypt. The selected red square is all keyword that you added and

get from your website.

Along with your site’s current rankings in Google ,Yahoo and Bing

TO find new keyword Ideas to optimize your website for.

To start keyword suggest click on suggest button at top left corner of your window

Choose keyword Research Method

We will start with Google Adwords keyword planner then choose Next Button

Enter your Keywords you’d like the suggestion to be based on and hit next Button

In less than a minute, you ‘ll get a dozens of keyword suggestion , now choose the most relevant

and most efficient terms and click finish button to complete the search

Now we will analyze keywords efficiency

First You need to select Keyword that you want to check its efficiency

And press on KEI to estimate keyword efficiency

The tool has analyzed the number of pages competing for a high ranking for these searches

Obviously keyword with low competition and lots of searches tend to be the best, they are

relatively to rank and they also bring your site lots of traffic

The Higher the KEI Value, the greener the icon is the better to choose

Now we will Check Keyword Difficulty in Rank Tracker

Getting a website rank high for a certain keyword always takes time. Building the backlinks

optimizing content and so on. But what if some of your target keywords are waste of time and

money, because top competitors are strong, so that we will use Rank tracker to choose keywords

that are not hard to get a high ranking

Click to any keyword that you get it before and select it

Then click on key difficulty tab and then click on update button to calculate Keyword difficulty of

the keyword selected in certain Search engines

Then click finish Button after processing, the result will look like that

Now you get the Difficulty of Keyword score for keyword you selected

Keyword Difficulty score are based on the top 10 ranking pages. The higher the score the harder

it will be to beat competitor

You can also check the individual scores of each competitor in difficulty score column

You can see a lot of SEO matrices analyzed. Page Rank for the exact ranking page and the entire

domain

The number of backlinks pointing to the page and the domain, content optimization score

showing how often the keywords are used

Through keyword Difficulty analysis you decide if it’s worth to struggle for certain keyword or

not.

Here you can Check Google analytics Data and unlock the not provided keyword traffic stats

right in Rank tracker

To connect to Google Analytics

In the tool bar go to preference then choose on Google Analytics settings

And fill in your account details

Then click on update visit to get and Rank Tracker will collect the number of visits and bounce

rates for your keywords

After the tool collected the data switch to the not provided keyword traffic tab

As you probably know, Google Analytics now hides most of your traffic data under the not

provided label

Rank Tracker uses a special formula to calculate your keyword traffic stats with 91 %

This tab include 4 metrics: calculated keyword

The first metrics Visits Calculated =the number of visit the keyword bring to your website

Calculated page visit = the approximate number of visits that your page gets from all keywords it

ranks for

Page visits these are the actual organic visits your page gets according to Google analytics

Page bounce rate that’s the page overall bounce rate according to Google analytics

These four Metrics will let you analysis your website performance both in keyword and page

level. And no matter how many keywords are hidden in.

Rank Tracker will show you

-which keywords bring most visits

-which pages get those visits

- If these pages perform well enough and don’t waste your traffic with high bounce rates

Now you will know How to Track Competitor ranking in Rank Tracker

To track competitor, select preference from the toolbar and then choose Competitors

To add websites would like to track rankings for along with your website click on add button

And fill in competitor information and in short name color that specify your competitor

You can add up to 10 competitors per project

Then click ok button to show competitors and click on show competitor

Click on Keywords and ranking tab and you will see your competitors added in column

Now update the rankings, rank tracker will collect data for your site

The second tool in SEO is to optimize the website using Website Auditor

To start a website Audit go to start menu then select all programs and click on

link-AssistantCom and launch website Auditor.

Click on new project

Enter your website Url, so that website auditor start its analysis

Then Searching for WebPages to audit

Then a congratulation screen will appear

Then click finish when scan is over, then a site audit module a summary of your own site data

You can click on any of factors on the left list to see a detailed description, there’s status

assigned to each factor correct , info ,warning or error

Note: pay attention to the factors with warning and error status

You can switch between details and recommendation

In details tab you get more detail about problem

In recommendation you get recommendation of how to solve this problem

If some of the factor has not been checked yet, click on check these factors

Once you have fixed the entire issues click on update factors to see if there are no errors or

warnings left.

To get analysis of each page in website, you need to run in-depth pages analysis

1- Go to pages tab, you will find a list of all pages found on your site.

, you will also find all kinds of stats as titles, Meta description, response code, and broken

links

By default the pages are grouped by their url path, you can edit this by right click on the

table header and you will get window where you can change Group by

To scan your website once again by clicking rebuilds pages

Or for example if you added new pages to the website or by click update if you would like

to update some analysis factors

You can switch between tabs to see on page & technical factors, indexing in search

engines and see your popularity in social media

To Creating site map to your website

Go to pages module

And then click on sitemap button in the wizard window

In the wizard window select the pages you would like to added into the sitemap

You also can refine the list using the quick filter

Then click Next Button and choose publishing option through saving it in server or to save it in

hard drive.

If you choose sitemap into a website through ftp, a website Auditor will ask for the ftp server

Name, username and password. It will then connect.

Then your sitemap will be generated and added in your website server.

To Creating robots.txt

Go to pages module and press the robots.txt button

In the top toolbar. If your site already has a robots.txt File

Website Auditor will automatically fetch your site’s robots .txt file when you create or

rebuild a project, and you will already see it here

If there are some pages on your site that you would like to hide from search engine such

as scripts, duplicate content so you need to create Disallow rule ,to do that from add rule

button and choose Disallow or allow instruction and choose search robots as all robots

or Bing /Google / Yahoo and the Directory page in your website. And then press OK

To test the rule you added from test tab

At the end of this step you can either save robots.txt locally in hard drive or upload

robots.txt into website Ftp

If you choose to upload robots.txt in ftp, a website Auditor will ask for the ftp server name,

username and password. It will then connect.

Then your robots.txt will be generated and added in your website server.

Now we will discuss how to optimize Landing pages content

For the keywords targeting first we need to launch website Auditor and then select Content

Analysis

Then choose page to analyze

And choose the search engine in which you wish to rank high for your Keywords. Website

auditor will analyze optimization strategies of your top competitor in this search engine

After that click finish button, you will see errors, warnings and lots of useful information about

the selected page

Errors are the most series issues

Not sure how to fix these issues, don’t worry website auditor will tell you exactly what to do and

where to find additional information to get the tips

To get the tips select Recommendation link at the top right side of the window

In addition you will see the overall optimization score of the page at the top left side

Website Auditor also unveil competitors content strategies, click on competitors link beside

recommendation link where it reveals SEO secrets.

Then go to keywords section, this section is an overview of all the keywords found on our page

And you can get your final report from Report section

In this section will describe the third tool SEO spyglass is a tool that let you see links to any

site , be at your own or your competitors ,a t the same time it shows you which of the backlinks

are the most valuable from the SEO point of view.

Go to start menu then all programs then select link-AssistantCom and launch SEO spyglass

Select new project

Then enter your website Url

Then click next button, now SEO SpyGlass is getting all your backlinks.

You can use these steps to get your competitor backlinks

Now to evaluate the quality of your backlinks , you need to select the links that you want to

analyze and click update factors

By Default SEO spyglass updates the most important matrices, quality factors for the kinking

domain such as domain age, domain ip,domain page rank , the number of pages indexed in

google and others. As well as factors for the specific backlink page such as title and description,

number of links on the page, its page rank, its social media signals

You can add more backlinks factors from add more Backlinks factors button

View statistics of the backlinks site by clicking on backlinks factors

Now we will see how to perform the anti penalty links Audit with SEO spy glass in order to

detect harmful links in your backlinks profile that can lead to Google penalty. To get started click

on link penalty risk tab and you will find penalty risk column where you can see potential

dangers associated with each links in your profile.

There are three types of links,

1-trusted link are marked green

2-suspecious link are marked yellow or orange

3-high risk links are marked red

Go to preferences and connect to Google analytics Account

And then enter your account setting to connect to Google Analytics

When you visit to your site column has no change then go to preferences and select preferred

The fourth tool in SEO power suite software is linkAssistant, we will see how to create

a project in linkAssistant .in this section you will learn how linkAssistant helps you find new link

opportunities for your site

to get start go the start menu then choose all programs and select link-AssistantCom and

Launch linkAssistant and click new project

You are now in empty dashboard, and select Look for partner tab at the top left corner.

We will select the first method that is find sites by keyword search make sure to enable expert

option and then click next button

Then enter your Keywords or if you have list of Keywords copy and paste it

option to limit number of partner to 30 then click next button then select interest partner filter

Need to find forum or commenting opportunities? Also type Forum or add comment then click

next button

You can import backlinks from spreadsheet, webmaster tools or SEO SpyGlass tool

In the workspace right click the Header of any column and add verification made on and

verification passed column to your workspace. Then click ok button.

If you ‘d like to verify a limited number of links, select them and choose verify selected link

partners

normally default settings are enough then press Next button
