WHaT IS MVP VElOcITY?For over 20 years, I’ve been a part of the network marketing industry. During that time, I have seen many programs and learned even more valuable lessons. I’ve had great successes, but, more importantly, I have had to overcome challenges. I have had to change and grow; and I have had the opportunity to help many others do the same.

If you're familiar with physics, you’ll recognize the term velocity. It's not just a measure of speed—though speed is half of the equation. Velocity is also a positive word that suggests the following ideas. consider how these ideas can influence your progress as you participate in MVP Velocity.

Progress. When you increase your velocity, you're moving forward toward the finish line or your goal. Standing still is not an option when it comes to velocity, just like building a successful business requires constant and consistent work.

acceleration. Velocity brings to mind the idea of starting quickly and getting up to speed fast. Through MVP Velocity, distributors like you can learn and engage fast, gaining hope and achievements both personally and professionally.

Measurement. as we've already discussed, velocity is a measurement of speed in a given direction. The key word is measurement. Without measurement, there can be no progress. Remember, "That which is measured can be improved."

STEP 3 complete your autoship enrollment. Building your business will take a consistent source of products to share with prospects and customers. autoShip provides the resources you’ll need as a business builder without the hassle of having to remember to place a monthly order. To have enough product for your own consumption and to share with others, you should sign up for an autoShip order of 300-500 PV.

STaIRWaY TO SUccESS

STEP 1 enroll in MonaVie and determine your “why.” Go to www.monavie.com and click “enroll” in the top menu bar. You’ll need your sponsor’s distributor ID number.

as you complete the enrollment process, take time to consider your goals—what is the driving force behind your desire to build a MonaVie business? Where do you want your MonaVie business to take you? This driving force is your “Why.” a strong why will sustain you through difficult times and push you to achieve more during successful times. Developing your why is very important.

STEP 2 Place your appropriate MonaVie order.* Whatever your goals, there is a place for you in MonaVie. For those who are

looking to build a successful business and get started right away, the 1,000 PV kit will provide you the resources you need to gain personal experience with the product and start sharing it right away. To get the most out of the business-building activities in this book, you’ll want to order the 1,000 PV kit.

Of course, not everyone is looking to build a business right out of the gate. Some of us may not be in a position to make the recommended investment in the 1,000 PV kit. If you fall in either of these categories, the 500PV kit is a great place to start. While you won’t have as much product to use and share, the 500PV kit will get you started. experiencing the MonaVie products for yourself.

STEP 6 Your initial candidate list. This is a crucial step. Don’t skip it and don’t do it halfheartedly. Write down the name of every single person you know without prejudging them. That means don’t skip a name because “she’s not the sales type,” “he makes too much money,” “he’d never be interested in this,” or “I don’t have the courage to talk to her.” Simply write down the name of every person you know.

On your list there could be one or two people with the potential to reach the rank of Diamond and numerous potential Stars and distributors. There are also likely to be 20 or 30 people who are not looking for a business opportunity at the moment, but who will want to use the products as a preferred customer. We don’t know who’s who and it’s almost never who you think it is.

Begin with the candidate Memory Jogger activity in the back of this booklet, then look through the business cards you’ve collected. Go through your address book and your holiday card list. Finally, skim through the business telephone directory and scan the list of occupations as a reminder. Start with accountants, barbers, and contractors, and go to x-ray technicians and zoologists.

Don’t make the classic mistake of thinking of the five or six people you think will be interested and stopping there. You will certainly be disappointed. Make sure you write down at least 100 names.

On page 10 you will find a memory jogger activity with space to write down names. Turn there now and get started.

STEP 8 build your business through home business reviews (hbr). This practice combines the best results of low-pressure business environments, casual and social atmospheres, and personal testimonials.

People you pay regularly: Make a list of the people you pay on a regular basis, such as every week or every month. For starters, list your grocer, service station owner, dry cleaner, hairstylist, personal trainer, etc.

People you pay occasionally: This list might include your pharmacist, plumber, decorator, clothing store clerk, furniture dealer, carpet cleaner, etc.

Professional people: Think of the professional people you deal with frequently, such as doctors, attorneys, dentists, clergy, teachers, etc.

organizations you belong to: What about the church, temple, or synagogue you attend, the clubs you belong to, and the association meetings you are a part of?

Friends, neighbors, and relatives: This is a huge list, probably numbering at least 100 by itself.

school classmates: What about the people you went to school with? Don’t forget any continuing education, trade schools, or professional schools you attend or have attended. With the Internet, all these contacts are now just a click away.

Previous jobs: From your last job you have a circle of friends and acquaintances with whom you used to work. also, you most likely know people who were competitors or were in a competing business at the time.

recreation: Do you play golf or tennis, swim, or play softball? are you in a fantasy league? Think of the people you enjoy these activities with.

Military: If you served in the armed forces, think of the men and women you worked with there. You probably have a strong bond with many of these people.

business cards: Go through that collection of business cards you’ve been gathering in your desk or junk drawer.
