How do I access my Care.com Membership?On a desktop computer, just log in to your Care@Work account via your Care@Work company portal (see below). Or, download the Care.com app to your mobile device and log in using your Care@Work credentials.

2. Log in through your company’s Care@Work website or via the app. From there, you can:

• Search profiles that match your needs, just by selecting a few simple preferences. Then, click “Contact” to send a message to the caregivers you’re interested in.

• Post a job. If you’d rather hear from candidates, it’s easy to post a job to get even more responses fast.

3. Review candidates. You can schedule interviews from any device, and even request a background check. Then, book, hire, and even pay your new caregiver all through your Care.com account.

4. Be happy knowing you can find care anytime, anywhere, via mobile, our app, a computer, or by calling a care specialist.

Tuition Benefit Program with KinderCare

As part of your family care benefits through Care@Work, we offer a tuition benefit program in partnership with

KinderCare Learning Centers. You can save 10% on full-time, part-time, and drop-in tuition for children ages six weeks to

12 years at most KinderCare Learning Centers or Champions before and after-school sites nationwide. Proof of employment

at your company is required. This offer is available to new families as well as those already enrolled in a participating center.

Can the savings be combined with other offers,

such as sibling discounts?

Only one recurring tuition benefit may be applied to a

family’s account. Families who qualify for more than one

tuition benefit offer will be allowed to choose the best one

What kind of information do I need to provide about my dependents?To ensure your care needs are met, the following information will be asked during registration:

Have a go-to sitter or center that’s not in our vetted network? You can use a caregiver or center of your choice and be easily reimbursed for a portion of the costs that exceeds your co-pay. Start by booking your caregiver or center on your own. Reminder: when you use a caregiver or center from your personal network, you are fully responsible for all vetting. After care is complete, make sure to get a receipt. To get reimbursed, log into your Care@Work account and go to “Reimburse me for care.” If you have any questions, email us at backupcare@care.com.

How it works:

1. Register for Care@Work either through your company’s Care@Work website or via the app, even if you don’t have an immediate care need. That way, your account will be ready to go when you need it.

2. When you’re ready to use your Care@Work benefits, log in to your account through your company’s Care@Work website or the app to get started. You can also call 855.781.1303.

3. Identify the type of care you need on your company’s Care@Work portal or the app. If you’re calling in, press the number that corresponds to your care needs.

4. Follow the prompts to complete your search for care.

5. Tell us how it went. Please share your feedback by answering a brief survey that will be sent to you after care is complete (surveys are sent based on the benefit used).
