How do I access my Care.com Membership?On a desktop computer, just log in to your Care@Work account via your Care@Work company portal (see below). Or, download the Care.com app to your mobile device and log in using your Care@Work credentials.

2. Log in through your company’s Care@Work website or via the app. From there, you can:

• Search profiles that match your needs, just by selecting a few simple preferences. Then, click “Contact” to send a message to the caregivers you’re interested in.

• Post a job. If you’d rather hear from candidates, it’s easy to post a job to get even more responses fast.

3. Review candidates. You can schedule interviews from any device, and even request a background check. Then, book, hire, and even pay your new caregiver all through your Care.com account.

Tuition Benefit Program with KinderCare

As part of your family care benefits through Care@Work, we offer a tuition benefit program in partnership with

KinderCare Learning Centers. You can save 10% on full-time, part-time, and drop-in tuition for children ages six weeks to

12 years at most KinderCare Learning Centers or Champions before and after-school sites nationwide. Proof of employment

at your company is required. This offer is available to new families as well as those already enrolled in a participating center.

Have a go-to sitter or center that’s not in our vetted network? You can use a caregiver or center of your choice and be easily reimbursed for a portion of the costs that exceeds your co-pay. Start by booking your caregiver or center on your own. Reminder: when you use a caregiver or center from your personal network, you are fully responsible for all vetting. After care is complete, make sure to get a receipt. To get reimbursed, log into your Care@Work account and go to “Reimburse me for care.” If you have any questions, email us at [email protected].

How it works:
