RoyaltiesCompensation paid to a Presenter for her authorized sale of commissionable Younique Products as well as her leadership actitivies that result in the sale of commissionable products by her downline Presenters.

GenerationEach member of your Company who reaches Green status or higher, breaks away from your Circle and along with their downline becomes a Generation.

* The additional 3% or 4% Royalties for Exemplary Presenters is only earned on those Presenters that are less in status title. Pinks can only earn Circle Royalties on Whites and Yellows. Blues can only earn Circle Royalties on Whites, Yellows, and Pinks. ** The Product Royalties will be paid annually — .5% is paid to each Presenter whose ideas are brought to market, and an additional .5% is divided and paid out to those Presenters who collected the winning votes on their websites.*** The Benefactor Bonus will be awarded quarterly to a single Presenter of Exclusive Black status and is targeted for release in December 2013.
