• Talk with someone you trust
• Ask for help- talk to counsellor or professional
• Follow policies and law of school or workplace

• Make it right by apologise- “I am sorry”
• Resolve to do better
• Change how you treat others in future

• Take a stand and lend a hand

• Give support and talk to the victim
• Reach out to someone you trust

• Form or get involve with groups
• Ask for counselor or professional help
