Each week, they will be given reflection questions on the Sunday scriptures. They are encouraged to discuss them as they go for a walk, or exercise. Twenty minutes of exercise = 1 mile. When they come to Mass, they check in with someone who is keeping track of the miles accumulated by the parish. Parishioners can also do individual reflection if they are walking alone, whether inside on a treadmill, or outside. Miles can also be given for attending Mass, saying the rosary, or whatever else the parish would like to add.
