1. Lake Akan

Wedding Ceremony Title: Festival on The Frozen Lake Akan.

Holding Period: 01 Feb. 2014 – 10 Mar. 2014

Contents: In the ceremony hall, you will see many ice sculptures and snow figures displaying on

the completely frozen lake. Moreover, you will experience many winter attractions

such as cutting ice and playing with Snowman, Igloo (a house made by ice).

Access: approx. 1 hour by Limousine from Kushiro Airport

2. Sounkyo

Wedding Ceremony Title: Sounkyo Ice Explosion Festival

Holding Period: 19 Jan. 2014 – 31 Mar. 2014

Contents: This is an icefall festival performed taking advantage of the geographical feature of a

deep ravine. The dome of an icicle and ice, an icy tunnel, etc. stand in the dry riverbed

of approx. 10,000m2. The scenery of night lit up various colors is mystical beauty.

Access: approx. 1.5 hour by Limousine (use highway) from Asahikawa Airport

3 hours by Limousine (use highway) from Shin-Chitose Airport

3. Lake Shikaribetsu

Wedding Ceremony Title: Shikaribetsu Kotan (“Kotan” means Village in Ainu.)

Holding Period: 26 Jan. 2014 – 31 Mar. 2014

Contents: A dome, the iced open-air bath and an ice bar are displayed which are made from the

ice cutting from the completely frozen lake. Activities such as snow mobile, cross

country ski and the making of iced glass are also fun. These are the events unique to an

intense-cold place.

4. Tokachigawa

Wedding Ceremony Title: Otofuke Tokachigawa Swan Festival

Holding Period: 26 Jan. 2014 – 24 Feb. 2014

Contents: Approximately 660 optical objects is interlocked with music by computer control, it

changes variously, and the visionary spectacle world appears to a vast snowy field.

You can enjoy snow-rafting in the snow lighting. Moreover, the "footbath" of the mall

hot spring which has only two places in here Tokachi River and Germany in the world

can also be enjoyed.

The service contents of a wedding ceremony contain the following.

Hair making

Rental Costume for bridal couple, 1 set ea. accessories (Note 1)

Rental Coach for hair making (Note 2)

Expenses for site management, planning, conductors handling

Taking photos and recording CD approx. 150 scenes (Note 3)

1 Interpreter (English or Chinese)

Note 1. 4 or 5 clothes (Kimono etc.) for a bride will be prepared in advance. Then choose your

preferable one of those. When using two or more suits of clothes, additional fee occurs

as an option.

Note 2. A camping car prepared with waiting-room and make-up room will be provided.

You can be stand-by in the car just before a ceremony.

Note 3. DVD will separately be available with optional fee

Application request will be accepted within period of each event.

Time adjustment will be required if each event has been already fixed in the program described

above.

Global TravelDesk arranges of the vehicles, accommodations and an interpreter after Hokkaido

arrival.
