There wasexcitement and life it seemed in the urban areas, or the cities ofevery generation and age. More so in our day and time. The

computer information age.

And people all the time yearn with nostalgia about the good olddays!

The books on contemporary history speak of ages. The age of

darkness in the middle ages. The 15th Century. The age ofreason. The age of enlightenment. The industrial age. Themodern age. The atomic age. The space age. The computerage. The electronic age.

Ask those whose pockets and bank accounts were lined withinnumerable dollar notes and 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 figures andrising. Were they better than most? Were they more healthyand impervious to common cold? How many heart by-passhave they had?

Ask those whose private libraries and dugouts are lined withmultiple trophies galore. Were they now immortals?

Ask those who walk the streets of London every so many weeksor months with their shining medals they have been awarded

for their deeds of valor in wars gone by when the British Empirewas at its zenith. Were they heroes in their own eyes really?Or have they grown weary and really tired of it all?

Ask the celebrities and men of fame, fortune, and distinctionafter they sit by themselves when it was all over. Have theseidols and icons found true happiness after so many divorcesand broken families left tattered behind? Were they on drugsand booze after all?

Ask all the men and women who have done this, done that, went

there, and gone up, and gone down, ask them when it was allover and they are by themselves. Retired, worn and used, and

feeling the onset of mortality with arthritis and faulty heartbeats.

Ask them how it was and how it might have been and how it isnow?

Ask those who spoke the greatest oration, most eloquent, mostapplauded speech, which men so soon forgot in the rush of

other new men on the ascendant, did they remain on thepedestal after 30 to 1 hour moments of ephemeral fame?

Ask those who wrote the most profound books it seemed thenand were later placed in the dustbins or in some insignificantcorner in libraries and bookshelves. Do they have doubts ofwhat they have written?

Vanity of vanities, wrote and lamented the preacher of thebook of Ecclesiastes, he who was dubbed the wisest of all men.

All is vanity, (Ecclesiastes, Chapters 1,2,3).

Are there absolutes? Absolute truth?

Of course, there are. And aplenty, and immense. And becausethey are absolute truths and self-evident, they never vanish.They do not change. It is in mans mind that they seemed tohave vanished, replaced by misconceptions of their confusedminds and perception of things as to what they are.

Are there eternal values?

Of course, there are, and they are multitude. It is the twistedreasoning and polluted minds and bodies of men and womenthat they seemed to be tarnished or do not exist, but arerelative. Or pass. Or out of date. Out of fashion. Non-modern,

proclamation of the Gospel of our Salvation.

Why does this wicked evil being hatemankind so? Aeons and aeons ago the

Most High GOD created Lucifer, the angel oflight or light bringer. He made him thepremier archangel along with the archangelsMichael and Gabriel. He sealed up the sum,full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty. Hewas the anointed cherub that covered Godsthrone. He was typified by the King of Tyre,

(Ezek. 28:11-18). Then iniquity wasfound in him. Vanity entered his mind. Heseduced one third of the angels that wereunder his command. The planet earth wasgiven to them to administer and preserve.

obsession.It was the raison detre, the rationale, the locus and focus of HisMind, It was the fixed reference point. It was the very lever, the innermost

motivation and deep-seated drive, of His presence on earth. The drivingforce of His manifestation on earth. The back of His mind, mental force onterrestrial ground, the heavenly correspondence and connection of His mortalbeing, in the flesh for 33 1/2 years. He was totally committed, completelyabsorbed, to finish His Father's Work, To His last seconds of His dying breath,

His consciousness was on Gods Work.He had a job to do.. . And

that,

HE DID!

When that Phase of God's Work for which purpose He was sent to earth andmanifest in mortal, human, flesh and blood, form was over, He cried on theupright crude stake, at the very exact moment before He literally died, He said on

that wooden stake, IT IS FINISHED (John 19:30). Has anybody ever really

understood the immensity, the unfathomable depth of that moment of totalsacrifice of the Son of God for the forgiveness of all the sins of all mankind? Ofthe total, collective SIN of everyone who was ever born, lived, died, and thosepresently alive, which He bore and took upon Himself on that crucifixion?. Hasanyone ever shared the agony and pain when He was pierced by a Romansoldiers spear, and given bitter vinegar to wet His thirsting lips? When He

looked up into Heaven, and exclaimed, as it were, as He had prayed with greatagony earlier with His disciples: Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup fromme: nevertheless, not MY WILL, BUT THINE BE DONE,(Luke 22:42). When Hewillingly shed His precious Blood, THE BLOOD OF THE LAMB OF GOD, for theredemption from the penalty of death for sin hanging over ALL mankind? Hasanybody thought of God the Fathers unscalable sorrow as He witnessed fromHeaven the unspeakable brutal tortures inflicted by good-for-nothing picky, petty,power-crazed, puny mortals, clumps of clay, those whitened sepulchres, andultimately, the actual, literal death of the incarnated into human flesh othermember of the GODHEAD? In grief, God the Father could just have pulled outthe Holy Spirit of power holding the entire created universe together. It would

have been , like a blink on the screen, that the visible, physical, material universecould have disappeared! Faster than the twinkling of an eye, all the physical,material creation, visible and invisible, could just have evaporated.

The LORD was absolutely certain He had done that appointed job.

THIS IS THE GREATEST SUCCESS STORY FOR ALL TIME!

He succeeded by His total willingness to obey God the Father.

His total yieldedness to suffer for the sake of the human race

that the Most High God created by Him, thru the Holy Spirit. His

total submission to go through the unbearable pain that tore into

His deepest Being. He willingly yielded in the agony of that one

moment in time when ALL THE SINS OF ALL CREATED MANKIND

CAME UPON HIM! HE BECAME AS SIN TOTALLY PERSONIFIED!

THAT WAS THE EXACT MOMENT IN ALL THE HISTORY OF THE

UNIVERSE, YEA, OF ALL ETERNITY, WHEN GOD THE FATHER

TURNED AWAY FROM HIM. WHEN HIS FATHER TURNED HIS

BACK FROM HIM. THE DYING SINLESS, PERFECT JESUS KNEW.

FOR HE CRIED OUT: MY GOD, MY GOD, WHY HAST THOU

FORSAKEN ME?, (Ps 22:1; Mat 27:46; Mk 15:34). His total

surrender to the requirements of BRINGING SALVATION FOR

YOU AND ME, YEA, ALL OF US FROM THE FIRST MAN, TO THE

LAST ONE STANDING, EVEN TO THE LAST ONE WHO DIED,

BEFORE HIS RETURN. That He must shed His precious Blood as

the Lamb of God to PURCHASE REDEMPTION FROM THE

PENALTY OF DEATH HANGING OVER EACH OF THEM. To

ultimately literally die that they may all be JUSTIFIED.

AND SO HE DIED. He yielded up the ghost, (Mat 27:30). For three

days and three nights, He was in the grave, buried with

transgressors! For 3 sunsets and 3 sunrises, the other member

of the GODHEAD was literally dead!

AND THEN HE WAS RISEN! (Mat 27:28; Mk 16:6; Lk 24:34; Jn 2:22;

I Cor 15:4, 20). YES, HE WAS RESURRECTED FROM THE DEAD.

To become the firstfruits of them that slept, (I Cor 15.20). First

Born among many brethren, (Rom 8:29)> First Born from the

dead, (Col.1:15). YES, HE LIVES, THAT WE, TOO, CAN HAVE,

MAY HAVE, AND WILL HAVE THE ULTIMATE BLESSING TO BE

RESURRECTED FROM THE DEAD. For we all must die, once. And

after that, the JUDGMENT, (Heb 9:27).

And without controversy, great is the mystery of Godliness:

GOD WAS MANIFEST IN THE FLESH, justified in the Spirit, seen of

angels, PREACHED UNTO THE GENTILES, believed in the world,

received up unto glory, (I Tim 3:16).

I have glorified thee on the earth; I HAVE FINISHED THE WORK

Which thou gavest me to do. And Now O Father, glorify thou me

with thine own self with the glory that I had with thee before the

world was, (Jn 17:4-5).

THIS IS THE GREATEST SUCCESS STORY THAT ALL MANKIND

AND THOSE THAT WILL COME AFTER US WILL CELEBRATE IN

JOY FOR ALL ETERNITY!

Before He returned to heaven, He prayed in the true Lord's Prayer in the 17thchapter of the Gospel Book of John in the New Testament Scriptures:

THIS IS THE TESTIMONY OF JESUS CHRIST: "I have glorified Thee on

the earth; I have finished the Work which thou gavest me to do, and now, O

Father, glorify me with the glory which I had with thee before the

world was, (John 17:4)

WHAT DID GOD THE FATHER DO FOR THIS ACCOMPLISHMENT

OF HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON?

Where God has also exalted Him, and given Him a NAME which is above everyname; that at the NAME of Jesus Christ every knee should bow, of things inheaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; and that every tongueshould confess Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father,"(PHILIPPIANS 2:9).SO WHAT, DEAR FRIEND, IS YOUR MAGNIFICENT OBSESSION?

IF YOU DO the Work of God, be it so little your part and participation, if you

do it with cheer, humility, appreciation, enthusiasm, and zeal being full of faith,you can then hold God to redeem, to remembrance, and lay claim to, His

wonderful promises on your behalf! Christ did. And God the Father gave it to His

Son in whom He was well pleased. ASK AFTER, and He will give it to you.

WHEN YOU PASS THIS ON, YOU BECOME A PART OF CHRIST'S

TEAM!

Listen to God's RECOGNITION of you, your effort: How beautiful upon the

mountains are the feet of them that bringeth glad tidings, that publisheth peace;

that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that

saith unto Zion, thy God reigneth!"(Isaiah 52:7).

You become part and parcel, not a fence-sitter on the fringes of skepticism, anintegral constituent, a chosen fabric interwoven with, and of the foremost,

unparalleled company: "The LORD gave the word; great was the

company that published it." (Psalms 68:11).

THE GREATEST COMMISSION MUST NOW BE FULFILLED

The Lord Jesus Christ, the Divine Captain of Salvation (Hebrews 2:10), theAuthor and Finisher of the Faith (Hebrews 12:2), The LORD of hosts (John 17:5),The returning Messiah (John 1:41; 4:25; Daniel 9:25;9:26);the awaited Great God

and our Saviour (Titus 2:13) gave the 2,000 year-edict: "GO, Preach and
