Raise Money and keep 100% HOW IT WORKS • Your school joins as an official “School Charity Partner” of Colfax and we get you started • Teachers, family, friends, students register and run the marathon, half, 10 miler, relay or 5K • Runners (& friends) raise pledges • Your school keeps 100% of what you raise Win Money PUBLIC SCHOOL TEACHER AWARDS (Your school does NOT need to be a School Charity Partner) • Win one of ten $1000 awards—for your school! • Be one of the 10 fastest relay teams of school staff • All public Colorado schools (K-12) are eligible • 5 teachers/staff from the same school - Up to 2 runners can be district admin employees or family members of your school’s staff - Note: most relay teams are coed or female and each relay runner will run 4 to 6+ miles Win Even More Money • To be eligible: - Your school must be a School Charity Partner (see “Raise Money” above) - Your school must have at least 20 runners on Sunday • Winning relay teams can pick your school to receive their prize money - Teams of Teachers/Staff from the same school district • Awards are $2500 to $1000 in the Government Employee Division—1st-4th (male, female, coed teams) • Relay teams of 5 runners of district employees, teachers, school board (up to 2 runners of the 5 can be family members of staff) - Teams of anyone—i.e. students, family, friends, staff, corporate, etc.! • Awards are $2500 to $750 in the Open and Corporate Divisions • Must have 5 runners on relay team Get Started • Spread the word—have teams register and train! www.runcolfax.org/races/register/ • Interested in Fundraising for your school?
