About Yellow Box: We were founded in 2010 by Nate Hartmann as a video production studio. As with most 9-year-olds, we’ve grown significantly.

Now a fully integrated digital agency, we have in-house resources that manage and execute social, search, and email marketing

campaigns, as well as dev and design resources that have built and launched dozens of sites.

We’re usually pretty humble, but we thought you should know that:

A Publicly Traded SaaS Company

We oversaw the implementation and launch of a 1,500 page website. We were

responsible for design, testing, content migration, SEO, CDN implementation, and

launch. Within 3 months, organic traffic increased 50% YoY, with a 60% increase

in new users, 20% decrease in bounce rate, and increase in average time on site.

WHAT WE DID

In a highly competitive space, it’s imperative for brands to explain their value

proposition succinctly and capture prospects quickly. By optimizing design for

conversion and enhancing on-page & technical SEO elements, we were able to

drive more qualified leads through their sales funnel.

With a content driven social media strategy, we produced food preparation

videos, recipe blogs, and crowd-sourced contests which led to campaign-

based video views increasing 600%, site visits increasing 71%, and a

102% growth in account followers.

WHAT WE DID

Generating genuine engagement is key to success on social media, and the hardest

thing to do as it’s completely reliant on the content you produce. With average

weekly views increasing from 2,000 to 12,000, new site visitors from social content

increasing from 14,500 to over 27,000, and followers now totaling over 40,000,

these content strategies have caused channel sales to nearly double.

With a social strategy focused on building a community and converting that

community into users, we increased net followers by 44%, grew engagement

over 9x, and accounted for 35%+ of downloads, doubling channel efficiency.

WHAT WE DID

Given the nature of the dating app space, it’s important to build trust with your

audience. Unlike other channels used (like app store ads) to increase downloads,

our work on their social channels allowed them to build trust, validate new

feature ideas, and create a feedback loop – all while still increasing their users.

We improved efficiency by creating custom input forms that were secured for

internal and external users. All correspondence with contributors was tracked

and sent through the solution. Editors organized all data into the final

document, which could be rendered in HTML or PDF formats.

The content management solution significantly reduced the man-hours

required to produce the publication, allowed for component tracking, and

provided an improved user experience.

We built out email campaigns focused on content, lead nurturing, and prospect

engagement across their stale lead database. Within the first year, we maintained

open rates over 55%, generated 15+ deals, and added millions in revenue.

WHAT WE DID

With most markets, prospects are relatively finite. This places an emphasis

on re-engaging and building a relationship with all prospects, even those

that don’t initially purchase. This builds brand loyalty, shortens the sales

cycle, and creates a more sustainable sales funnel.

Focused on Google Ads, we decreased their cost-per-click by 55%, lowered

cost-per-acquisition by 48%, and increased average search position by 100%.

WHAT WE DID

There’s more to optimizing an account than constantly decreasing spend –

there needs to be an increase in conversion efficiency. By driving down

media costs, we were able to increase the efficiency of the spend and drive

a greater volume of sales through the account on similar annual ad

budgets. This led to increased investment in digital, and a great case study.

A Budding Industry

We redesigned the site, as well as created a new site architecture to maximize

SEO opportunities. We developed custom plugins to help feature and sort

their product menus by location, and integrated form-to-PDF functionality to

expedite the process behind sending patient information to the state.

WHAT WE DID

Within 3 months of launching their new website, it had generated 16,300

organic visitors, compared to the 21,000 that were generated in all of

2017, putting the site on pace to grow by 300% for the year. As a result,

their domain authority has doubled along with leads generated.

A Campaign For Organ Donation

We developed a custom web app for students to go through to learn about the

process behind, and value of, organ donation. The entirely custom built app

allows the researchers to gather and aggregate not only demographic data, but

also study engagement among various age groups and their resulting propensity

to become organ donors.

WHAT WE DID

With stale classroom tools and outdated methodologies, it’s been a challenge to

register organ donors in many states. With the ability to engage, track, and study

which content leads to an increased propensity to register, this digital tool will

allow researchers to best leverage technology for this social good.
